First time visit: great laundromat! Very clean, lots of machines, a TABLE to sit at - this is such a luxury and much appreciated by those of us who work on the road. Process was slowed down a bit because machines do not take credit cards or operate via an app. They take coins only. And I put quarters into a machine that only takes dollar coins. 🤦‍♀️ Wonderfully patient, exceedingly kind attendant got me all straightened out. Will stop again.

10.00 washer didn't start. Had to do it again only to find a old key lock in with my clothes. Nasty apparently they dont wipe out washer after use. I want my 10.00 back

Nice but expensive. The guy cleaning the floor with the automatic cleaner was rude and left wet floors around us. No warning signs were put up regarding wet floors.

One star is way to much of a rating while the machines work great and the facility is clean the older lady that brings her daughter to work here is extremely racist and rude she instantly was cussing and would not let me put my clothes in the machine and was being very offensive and obnoxious mind you I am a pregnant woman just trying to wash my clothes and was trying to correct me on how to speak to her as if she wasn’t being rude I am the right one on the wrong day she needs to be fired the way she treats customers will have this place out of business in no time on the other hand all other staff is very polite and friendly I hope the owner pulls cameras and sees how she was cussing at me I would love to speak to him and make an actual report since she has no respect for customers or her work place she needs to leave her problems and issues at home ….

Went in Saturday night with my roommate and the old lady working was very rude and disrespectful. We paid for the washer and it didn't start so we asked for help and she rudely told us we had to pay and again it's our problem to deal with. Very unprofessional work.

I have never in my life experienced the absolute worst and rudest customer service until I walked into this laudry mat. I am appalled at the behavior of the attendant. Yelling and threatening me because I asked a simple yes or no question to then witness her walk to the liquor store only moments later.

Tina & Lean every time I come are absolutely rude as ever. Great facility. But yall need new workers. Especially ones they aren’t so lazy and rude like those two.
