Recientemente compré Egyptian Musk y Granada Amber de Tarife Attar, y estoy encantado con ambas fragancias. Egyptian Musk tiene una suavidad cautivadora que se siente tan reconfortante y elegante al mismo tiempo. Es perfecto para el uso diario y se mezcla maravillosamente con la piel. Por otro lado, Granada Amber ofrece una profundidad rica y exótica, con notas dulces que lo hacen ideal para ocasiones especiales. Ambas fragancias no solo son agradables, sino que también tienen una excelente duración. Definitivamente, han superado mis expectativas y se han convertido en mis favoritos. ¡Las recomiendo totalmente!

When I went to visit a couple weeks ago during scheduled open hours I couldn’t find the store. The location is in a small older business building.

I called the number on Google and it seemed to lead to the owner’s personal phone.

Looking on Google’s reviews it seems the owner is often not at this location…

I did not have to pay toll, but it’s very understandable that people would be frustrated taking time out of their day driving across the bridge and paying the $8 toll only to (maybe) find the store and see that it’s closed without notice.

That being said, I purchased their fragrances online and I’m pretty happy with most of my selections.

-The White Oud has a crazy strong ammonia smell that is marketed simply as “sharp”.

The website also seems to be claiming to be in “San Francisco” and while this is “the Bay Area” you definitely won’t find anyone calling this location “San Francisco”…

This is by far the best fragrance store I’ve ever been to! The air is filled with the scent of oud, jasmine, roses, and many other mesmerizing scents to explore. Your nose and mind will thank you after a visit—because each scent is an escape.

Tarife Attar, owned by Jordan Ritcher (formerly a star skateboarder) is equally renowned in perfumery. I called Jordan inquiring about perfumes with no phalates or endocrine disrupting chemicals and he was kind enough to spend time in educating me on how his small business handles sourcing and very mindful of what goes into manufacturing of attars. Jordan met with me over a 30-min appointment to go over a few pure/absolute origin fragrances, which I was familiar with using back in India. Every product on the menu is worth trying and one cannot be disappointed! There are formulations not released on the website and can be specifically personalized, as I did. Tarife Attar is rare gem. I'm very happy to have found them in Americas. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Soufiane was very knowledgeable and through with my request, he walked me through their big selection of Ouds and perfumes with such patience, he also thought me a lot about oud and the culture behind making these aromas from the middle east.. i really didn’t expect this level of customer experience, this soot is a gem i highly recommend it!
