Finally a retail store! I’ve had my Aroma360 diffusers for a while and I was so excited to stumble upon their brick and mortar location. They had every single scent available to sample which was a game-changer. Shopping online is convenient but nothing beats experiencing the scents in person. The two women working there were incredibly helpful and made sure I walked away with everything I needed to keep everywhere I go smelling amazing. My spouse and I were disappointed to learn that returns aren’t accepted on products, something that wasn’t clearly communicated when we purchased it. For a product priced over $500, we believe the return policy should be one of the first points discussed. After trying the diffuser for three days and realizing it didn’t meet our expectations, we returned to the store, only to be informed that used products aren’t eligible for returns. We feel that it’s unreasonable to decide whether we’re satisfied without being able to test the product first.
Gary, Stephanie, Daisy, and Miriam all assisted us during this process. Gary and Miriam were both very kind, and we appreciated the warm conversations we shared with them. However, we do feel there could have been more transparency about the return policy. For a high-cost product, clear communication about the return conditions would have been helpful and could have set better expectations from the start.
At first, Daisy seemed somewhat off-putting, almost as though she was taking our dissatisfaction with the product personally. We want to clarify that our concerns had nothing to do with her. it’s simply that the product didn’t meet the expectations we had based on the description and price. Stephanie called the manager, who agreed to a refund but said they would keep 20% of the price due to store policy. However, this was not discussed to us prior to buying it which I feel like it’s very important. For a product of this cost, we believe clear communication about the return policy is essential, and the lack of transparency has left my husband and me feeling somewhat taken advantage of. I would appreciate a fair resolution and clarity on policies moving forward for future customers.

I purchased 2 aroma360 devices. Super happy with the product but more so my salesperson, Miriam. She was patient while helping me as I took a long time to choose. Can’t say many people can put up with my indecisiveness but she did and was fantastic throughout the whole process ! Thank you !

Terrible customer service! A client recommended Aroma360 to me. I bought my system online. A rep from aroma360 called me asking me all kinds of weird questions. I emailed and called them saying I wanted to cancel my order. They said they were not able to cancel, but didn’t ship me the diffuser until the next day.

The diffuser itself is also very underwhelming! For a $190 diffuser & $50 oil, it’s a horrible value for its price! A $10 diffuser would do as good, if not better!

Garbage product, followed up with scam like customer service! Save your time & money, don’t buy!!

I had a such wonderful shopping experience at Aroma 360 at Fashion Valley in San Diego location.
To buy this product on line a little complicated, especially difficult to choose the best fragrance and diffuser for your home .
I was very lucky to meet Simrad , who help me with my purchase and the shipping and she is extremely helpful oh the phone when I call. I don’t leave in SD but I know that I always will have a great support from her.
