Such a wonderful business! Originally, I had doubts due to the low cost and the things I heard from people about buying hair products not from the original website/store, so I went ahead and asked for more info about their business and product quality. They conversed with me and sent photos which is above and beyond. Most businesses would ignore or give vague information, leaving you unconfident with whether you should buy or not. Thank you again for communicating with me and of course I recieved the products in great condition and now my hair looks AMAZING.

Initially I gave them 1/5 stars. I received all eight hair colors and they were the right color but they were all very expired when I looked up the batch code. I tried to call the number and nobody answered. Because the website is fairly new and you’re technically not supposed to buy Redken without a license, I assumed I got taken for $100 on a phony website (it’s happened once before). A couple days later I did get an email response and a return label but what made me change my review to 5/5 was the phone call I just received. Not an automated system, not someone overseas reading from a script - a real person, apologizing for what happened and offering to refund my money. Now that I know it’s a legit company I would absolutely buy from them in the future - gotta save money somewhere right now!!
