It’s my birthday weekend and my mom set an appointment up for my grandma and I. We were a minute late and they were very rude when they called my mom. When my grandma sat down the guy was EXTREMELY ROUGH with her little hands. I was waiting for my appointment and they sat someone else down and I went outside to talk to my mom and my son, the girl that sits at the front desk came out and told me that they couldn’t do my nails. I went inside to let my grandma know and I was watching the guy do her nails and I told her to be more gentle and he was more rough. They chose a color for her and I said let’s look at the colors and she said that she didn’t even get to look. When we picked out rock star red they used the other color and it was orange red it wasn’t the color she wanted. Terrible experience and not trying to put my grandmas age out there but she’s 87 and used to do nails here in amador county so the fact that they were rough with and elderly woman who used to do nails before is ridiculous and there is no excuse for it. She ended up paying 40$ for something she didn’t want and for something that made her very uncomfortable and hurtful. Never again organic nails.

Horrible experience yesterday, my husband recently had hip surgery is now getting around with a walker. We had some difficulties getting him into the chair for a pedicure the husband and wife were extremely rude!! They refused service to my husband and brushed us out with their hands saying “you must leave.” My husband and I were both humiliated he just needed a little assistance getting in the chair! I am currently in the process of filing an ADA complaint! There was absolutely no reason to treat us that way this establishment is not handicap friendly and is violating the ADA laws! I highly recommend finding another salon!

UPDATE: THEY ARE NOT OPEN ON SUNDAYS. I JUST WENT THERE AND THEY ARE CLOSED.
I recently tried organic nail lounge and both visits have been nice. The staff is very pleasant and they do quality work. My nail tech. Gave me options, showed me samples and made sure I was happy. How refreshing.? I am quite happy with their work and customer service. This is my new nail salon.

I had a wonderful experience here. I was reluctant since my last experience with a gentleman was so so. This time a had a very sweet pedicurist named Lisa. She was so nice, caring and professional. By the time I was finished my poor little neglected feet looked brand new! I will be back!

Had a pedicure by Andrew and he was wonderful! Loved the sugar scrub! He did a great job! Lots of colors to choose from or bring your own. They do nice decorations on nails, and speak good English. Nice atmosphere, comfortable massage chairs, should make appointment but do take walk-ins.

They have really gone downhill. I went there yesterday to get my eyebrows waxed and mustache. The area by my eyebrows is red and I have redness by my mouth. They burned my face. I wanted to look good for my sister's birthday this week. The redness better go away quickly. I'm not going back here. It was nicer when it was just Ione nails. I went there today to talk about it and they didn't care.

Great offerings, service and staff. "Laura" is my go-to, and never let's me down. She is a master They offer dipping powder, as well as standard applications.
The only reason I give it 4 stars is that they use a nail bar that is not the most comfortable for your legs. Not a fan of bar seating.
