Very well-stocked.

If there's a certain Asian beauty product that you've been on the hunt for, this place will definitely have it. From sheet masks to popular foundations, they have almost every single brand and product that I've seen all over social media. Each product has a tester for you and prices are labeled on every single item. The workers weren't that friendly nor welcoming so that might be good if you don't like being bothered.

Me and my cousins (we are Hispanic), we went in with the intent to buy skin care products and look around for makeup. We were checking out lip products and could sense someone looking at us when we turned, one of the employees was already looking at us with suspicious eyes. We were walking towards another section and the employee tried to play it off by asking “do you need help” and I declined because we felt as if it wasn’t a sincere gesture. The whole time after that they kept looking at us walking around the store. We were disappointed from this experience because we truly wanted to buy products and instead we walked out with a nail set just so they wouldn’t think we came with the intent to rob. Overall, it was an uncomfortable experience. Hopefully the employees get trained to give a better in store experience.

DON’T GO THIS STORE!!!!
I really hate this place because they lied to me.
They forced me to buy it because they told me it was safe. When I got home and tried it, it was really bad, and my face is really itchy now. What happened? It expired a month ago. I'm so upset. Why do you sell expired products? Don't you have anything else to do?

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this store, but after today NEVER again. I have a membership here and this was my third time here in just the last month!

Today my husband and I were 100% discriminated against. We walked in and started looking at products like usual. I had 1 product in my hand and an older worker named Jamie stopped in front of me holding a basket. I said “no thank you” and she replied “store policy” and forced us to take it.

All the while, I’m thinking- Um, no it’s definitely not store policy lady. We have never been forced to use a basket any other time, it’s always been optional.

What confirmed my suspicions is that I started looking around at all the other people who had been in the shop before us and they were all holding products in their hands. By this point Jamie was following us around. My husband noticed she was constantly behind him. And when Jamie saw me looking at the other shoppers she started pushing baskets in those people’s hands.

When we were at the register to pay, a different worker was helping us and I flat out asked if it is store policy that we HAVE TO use a basket. This worker told me No!! It is not required!

That was the last confirmation I needed to know we were definitely singled out.

My husband and I don’t look Asian (even though we are both mixed Asian). We also came in dressed in sweats - (because it’s our day off from our corporate jobs!) If you still choose to shop here just beware because Cosmetic World hires racist, problematic employees like Jamie and if you don’t “look” Asian or if you dress down you’ll be targeted.

As for me I guess I’m giving my business to Yesstyle now.

Great place with good skincare, makeup products.
Price-wise it’s the same as any other k-beauty shops.
I was there on May 21st 2018, they had promotion buy 10 sheet masks get 5 free ($1 each)
I got detoxing foot pads (they had only 2 kinds though). 18 pads for $17.99
Personal was friendly

Why treat customers like thieves? Why not get a security camera if the place is having an issue? What a joke. Wish I could do more than leave a 1 star review. Please don't treat other customers like this. Who'd visit here after being treated wrongly? (But seeing the other review, it looks like they do this often..)

When I walked in the older lady didn’t welcome Me or gave me a basket and as I was looking at the makeup products someone else came in and she welcomed them and gave them a basket even when I was standing right next to them. She then followed me around the store as if I was going to steal something. I knew right away because she was eye balling every product I touched. Then I went ahead and started collecting all the products that I wanted turned around to the register and there she was offering me a basket. I told her no and that I’m checking out. The people there are not friendly as they target you by the way you look and dressed. I felt targeted and unwelcome there and do not recommend this place to anyone.

Worst response and attitude ever.
I went there around 4:30 yesterday, I asked them to recommend a toner, and she sprayed me with two products on my wrist.
She introduced me to the product as being very mild and plant-based.
Right after that, my wrists started to itch and red terribly, and I panicked and asked them what to do. They just stared, and at my request, they sprinkled alcohol.

They just organize up the mask packs, and it seemed like they were waiting for me to leave quickly. At that time, there were three employees but very few customers. They said, "I don't have any medicine. This is the first time." And she continued to organize the mask packs.
I understand so much that they can't give me medicine, but I was very very upset at their response and attitude.

I don't know how good they have, but their response and service were the worst.
