Rarely am I encouraged by such terrible service that I write a review. My experience was with the owner, who works every day so you can be sure to have a similar experience.

This week I have purchased 4 puff bars on 3 separate occasions, 2 didn't work within the first 5 minutes of use. I checked in the store but it worked fine however after being gone for less than 10 minutes I returned and was denied saying he never has issues with this product. The good ole cop out. We all know if we have experience with these devices that some are faulty. I said ok, understood but I wasn't happy. I came back two days later to get another only for the same issue to happen - dead after 10 minutes. I cannot simply wait and puff inside of his store for ten minutes to see if the devices works.

TLDR: I was given two defective devices of the Puff Bar Plus and denied returns on BOTH, even though I returned within 5 minutes of purchasing!! This place is a NO GO. Not only are their prices more than BZ Vapin' down the street, their quality as awful.

Stay clear and just go to BZ Vapin for your Vape products.

Bought a flum vape, the lady who was working told me to check if it works, it worked at the moment but when I came home and used it it was just pretty much dead. I came back the next day and they refused to give me a replacement. This vape is supposed to last a couple thousand puffs. It lasted maybe less than 20 times. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend this place

Best selection of any smoke shop in this neighborhood. Stocks a huge variety of tobacco products (bugler and american spirit RYO packs being my favorites) tons of paper and cigarillos/wraps as well. Takes card, too! The customer service has always been great. You can't go wrong shopping here.

Don’t buy pipes here they personally wrapped my pipes I bought two and both of them cracked. I would assume he would not sell me trash like this but obviously they just want to make money.

I went to get my husband cigars. Apparently, they were out. I wanted to take a picture to send to my husband instead of listing 50 types and the worker said no. Um...why wouldn't you want business? Glad this isnt the regular places he buys from. I will gladly not go back.
