Had an appointment at 3pm. Was greeted by one of the lash workers that had an available seat and was asked to sit down. She asked what type of lash extension I wanted. Informed her max mink volume $150. I have done my lashes there before and knew it takes about 1-1hr 20 minutes tops but my husband wanted to hear it so I asked her and she stated 1hr15min the most. She began to start the lash extensions about 44-50 minutes into the work I hear her talking to her coworker which came over and started taking over my lash technicians work on me. Meanwhile I can’t open my eyes, I have no idea what’s going on. No one is communicating with me about what happened other than over hearing the original lash technician tell the new tech that I wanted Max mink Volume and not long. I thought maybe she had to use the bathroom but she never came back. I heard nothing else but felt as if the new technician was removing what was already there and adding a new set. By the time I was done which was 5pm… 2 hours later! My lashes weren’t Max Mink Volume, they look hybrid and no volume WHAT SO EVER. I expressed this to the tech and she said “it’s okay I have time to add more volume if you like”. After being there for 2 hours I wasn’t going to be put through anymore nonsense. They used to be a good place 5 years ago, sad to say I know why now Alyssa’s Eyelash wasn’t as busy as they used to be. Waste of time and money for sure! BTW she ended up charging me $135

I really like going to Alyssa's Eyelash!! I've been going for many years. OMG...Tien is the BEST!! I love Tien's work. Tien is versatile and takes pride in her work and passionate about her clients. My first time here. Seats are very comfortable while getting your lashes done but that’s it. my lashes look so separated as if I had them done for weeks and some came off and I specifically said to the lady I like them full and long. I even came home and my BF said I thought u went to get your lashes done. He couldn’t even tell.

This is the ONLY place I will allow to do my lashes. I have been coming here since 2018 and I have never been disappointed. I drive from Lake Elsinore, so I cannot come as often as I'd like, but it's always worth it. I usually go to Tien, but based on the reactions of other clients, I can tell the other ladies working here do a fantastic job as well. Tien does such a great job that they last me a long time, which is great given the distance I travel. She is the kind and patient, always a pleasure. Pardon the messy lipstick, but lashes looks great!

I came here about 2 weeks ago. And it has been the biggest regret of my life. I called and asked if they made appointments and they told me no to just walk in. So I walk in they sat me down very fast. I told her I wanted an eyelash lift she told me 40$ I agreed since I always pay 65. She place the barriers on my eyelashes and put the solution. (Everytime I get a lift they leave the solution on for 15 mins come back and re do another solution for 15 mins) as she was putting the first application a customer walked in and wanted extension she said okay sit down. So she leaves me in the chair with the first application till she is done putting the extensions on the other customer which was from 30 mins to 45. I dont know exact time because we can't check our phone do to our eyes being barrier. Then she finally comes back and puts a second application and leaves me and does another set of extension to another customer. Another 30-45 mins. She comes back and takes the solution off and my eyelashes are crumbled and she tells me uhh they are very curly....okay I didnt want curly I wanted a lift. I knew it wasnt right because I always get lift and that is not how they look. So I tell her I'm paying with my card and she tells me cash is better. But I payed with my card anyways she charged me 35 plus 2 dollars for using card. When I seen the receipt that she had only charge me 35 I immediately knew she knew she hadn't done a good job. I went home and seen my eyelashes good and realize she had burn them since she left the solution on for 1 hour and half. Instead of 30 mins. I gave it a couple days to see if it will get better and there not. The tips of my eyelashes are bent my eyelashes have fallen off. I did call back and told her she burn them and she told me to go in. But I live in highland so for me to drive back to Montclair and most likely wont refund my money why even try. Now I have to wait till my eyelashes grow out again. She even burn my bottom ones because the barrier got stuck on the bottom eyelashes. I attached a receipt just incase they say I never went there.
UPDATE: 04/18/19 SHE REPLIED TO MY REVIEW SAYING SHE RETURN MY MONEY. BUT NEVER DID I RECEIVE ANYTHING. THIS DISSAPOINTS ME. LIKE THEY LIE SO THEY CAN MAYBE NOT LOOK SO BAD FOR THEIR MISTAKE? IM VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I’ve tried other services for my lashes, so I can confidently say Alyssas Lash is the best out there. Tien the owner not only takes pride in the quality of her work, but her place is always sparkling clean. I love it that her reclining large sofa type chairs are so very comfortable so I can just fall asleep while my lashes are getting done. Best of all I leave feeling beautiful! I have had so many compliments from people who assume my lashes are naturally mine. When I want something more dramatic I do let her know.

This is by far the best lash boutique! I’ve been going forever! It’s been almost 10
Years! Tian the owner is the sweetest! All the staff is trained to make your lashes look amazingly beautiful! They do an amazing job!
Don’t go anywhere else. This is the place!
I look forward to every appointment. I get to relax and sleep and sometimes snore. 🙄
Then I wake up looking fabulous!
