I’m on a weekend getaway , and thought I just had a cold but my first night was rough. I went to the urgent care and WOW from the front desk girls to the X-ray man and the doctor was so kind and seemed to really care and wanted to help me! Just wanted to give them a shout out, you guys are the best!!! Thank you

I have been here several times and have felt the doctors and nurses were quite adequate and gave me good advice. This time It was different. No one introduced themselves when I went into the examination room. The nurses were sloppy didn’t make eye contact didn’t tell me their names and one wore very dirty tennis shoes. If you want to be professional, you should look And act professional.

This isn't urgent care, it's "maybe if there are less than 3 in line" care. Got no eye contact from the receptionist just barked at me saying they aren't taking any patients because she was going on lunch and there were 3 people in line. Rude isn't a strong enough term. It was 11.15 so I wasn't there during prime lunch hours or anything.

During COVID I had some really positive experiences here with treatment for my kids and myself but this morning my experience was not so. NP Jason seemed annoyed by my presence and any questions I had to ask. He rushed me in and out of my visit hardly willing to even give me a 5 minute strep test which turned out to be negative. Despite the negative results he still proscribed me strep antibiotics. Have a little compassion for sick people buddy, we are all just trying to do the best we can. It’s too bad this is our only urgent care on the north coast, guess I’ll be driving to slo from now on.

I had a wonderful experience at this office. The front office was friendly and prompt. Talk about a multi tasker! I was seen immediately and I was out in 20 minutes with a diagnosis and prescription called in. I received a call this morning from Ryan checking up on me after 6 days and I told him that I was still experiencing symptoms and he immediately called in another prescription. Friendly and very caring.

This "urgent care" is ridiculous. It's more like a clicky office of rude people. The Dr. Chose NOT to even look at or see a 90 year old woman. He said he didn't want to...
Kindness goes a long way.. I don't know how they're in business still honestly. I would NOT ever recommend them to anyone. It's a total joke of an office... pick and choose who they want. They wouldn't even see my kid...
Keep turning away the elderly and children..that'll get you real far!!!
