Walking through the doors to Talia Kitchen, you may find yourself underwhelmed. Everything in eyes view is white- there are no fancy focal points, no murals, pictures or extravagant light fixtures. There are no identifying features that provide any idea of what experience you’re in for, but worry not- because you are in for a culinary adventure of epic proportions.

We began our meal with the whipped ricotta and focaccia and the salt baked and chilled prawn appetizers. The dishes were presented beautifully- but with each delicious bite of prawn and lemongrass coconut cream and each swipe of ricotta on warm fluffy focaccia, we settled into a comforting assurance that this meal was going to be a memorable one, reminiscent of one of those grand slam 4 star dinners you’d find in Palm Springs, San Diego, Los Angeles or Orange County.

Although the restaurant staff seemed to be a little shorthanded, the restaurant manager, Daniel, was attentive and responsive to our needs. Our server described each dinner option so vividly that we waited in anticipation of our mains.

We shared the Baja striped sea bass, pot roast and Moroccan spiced chicken, accompanied by the roasted potato puree, coriander roasted baby carrots and onion tart. Every bite outdid the previous, and each taste became a gilded thread in a tapestry of absolute culinary ingenuity.

For dessert, we opted for black sesame dark chocolate cake and Apple Gillette- as a finishing touch to our splendid meal, the indulgent decadence made for an exclamation mark at the end of a masterful statement of flavor.

If the phrase “You are what you eat”, holds any truth to it, then after leaving Talia Kitchen, you will have transformed into an eclectic and decisive beautiful firework show of tantalizing flavors and colors that evoke more emotion than any art piece or decor ever could.

I highly recommend Talia Kitchen to locals and visitors alike, for a special occasion or holiday or any night of the week you crave transport to many distant lands, procured for your tasting enjoyment at one deceptively simple, understated table.

My husband and I booked a little staycation at Murrieta Hot Springs for our 1st wedding anniversary. We decided to make a reservation at Talia Kitchen for dinner and it was an excellent choice. Our server E.J. was attentive and went above and beyond to make our dining experience special. All the food they served were delicious! Husband said the Moroccan Chicken tasted like Christmas lol but I think the winner for us was the Roasted Potato Puree! Definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re visiting the hot springs.

Came here to celebrate a 60th birthday for a great friend. We decided to stay on the resort grounds for dinner and take advantage of the facilities.

We started in the bar and ordered a bottle of Grgich Chardonnay only to find out the didn’t have any. Bummer. Ordered a glass of Chardonnay instead.

Dan, the manager, gave us great suggestions. We started with the whipped ricotta and focaccia bread. Omg it was to die for!! We had to order extra bread because it was so good!

Dinner is meant to be shared as family style. With 4 girls we ordered 2 dinners and a side. The sea bass was my favorite. The steak was really tough and not that great for $68. The carrots were divine! We should have gotten another order of them.

Dessert was the apple galette with ice cream. Super yummy!

A bit pricy but really good. I’d go back but not order the steak.

Everything was outstanding. The service, the food, the atmosphere. I absolutely loved everything we had. Do yourself a favor and head to Talia. You will not be disappointed!

Talia Kitchen offers a fresh, vegetable-forward menu that showcases creative and delicious ways to enjoy vegetables. The mashed potatoes were absolutely incredible—my boyfriend practically had a life-changing experience with how much he loved them! My personal favorite was the hummus, beautifully topped with fresh veggies and served with the most delicious bread. Be sure to order the extra veggies for dipping—you won’t regret it!

Just spent 3 days and 2 nights at the Murrieta Hot Springs and I ate at the Talia Restaurant.... The food is exceptionally good!! The atmosphere is well befittin... Really classy.

The best part about the whole place is the friendliness of the staff!! They are professional yet engaging.
I had the pleasure to have Alex for both nights, she went above and beyond expectations. She was always with a smile, new the menu well and gave good recommendations!!
Then there was Joey, very attentive and full of good humor. Always smiling.

Dan the manager always makes sure everyone is having a great time.

My dining experience at Talia was one of the most absolutely exquisite dining experiences I have had in a really long time. I’m not one to leave a review but felt the urge to support them after such a beautifully pleasant, delicious, and positive time I had. The food is one of a kind, making simple dishes taste so unique and flavorful. You can tell that the ingredients are farm to table. Everything we ordered was melt in your mouth, just fabulous. Our server EJ was such a sweetheart and so accommodating to my grandmother and all of us. And the manager was an absolute delight to talk to and went out of his way to make our experience one for the books. I’d go to say it is the best restaurant in Southern California. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here this weekend and went to Talia's Friday AND Saturday night for dinner because it was simply Amazing! He got the Steak both nights and I tried the chicken and duck dishes paired with the mashed potatoes, carrots and cabbage. Every dish we ate was absolute perfection. The manager and all the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu and made great suggestions for drink pairings. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back for another date night!
