I hate going to this specific beauty supply ,the owner follows you around as if you are going to steal even when the salesperson is showing items , she told the person showing me some hair to close the area even though he was getting something I end up purchasing, every time I come here she does that ,this was the last time I will buy my hair products from Amazon that way I don't have to deal with the disrespect. I will take my business where I am at least treated with respect.

Not sure if it changed ownership or if the Owners hired all new staff. It used to be horrible Customer service and they thought EVERYONE was a thief. It's much better now. It's the biggest beauty supply in the area and generally has what you are looking for

My experience at Beauty Supply Warehouse was extremely disappointing. The store was poorly maintained, with many products out of stock or in disarray. The staff seemed uninterested in helping customers and were nowhere to be found when I had a question. The checkout process was slow, and the prices were higher than I expected for the quality of the products. Overall, the lack of organization and customer service made my visit frustrating, and I won’t be coming back.

I usually come here, and typically, I ignore the "your stealing" atmosphere...but I and my 1.5-year-old daughter were walking through the weave area (not restricted area), just an aisle, then a Hispanic gentleman came to just stand behind us. Hmm, weird...so I asked him a question about one of the packets of hair, and he said he doesn't speak English 🤔. Alright, no problem. Remind you, I haven't had extensions in my hair for years, so I needed to really look at their options and try to compare them.

So, me and my daughter took maybe 4steps outside the hair aisle, and the Hispanic gentleman followed us and put a chain up(which wasn't up originally when we walked in) to block off the passageway. I laughed a little bit because I'm not stupid; considering the location of the warehouse, I guess they usually have a high theft rate. As I try to continue to ignore the fact that now I can't even view most of the hair extensions, I just had to ask the reasoning behind the whole chain lock thing. The Asian gentleman looked very irritated and frustrated with just his job and life, with no form of minimal customer service....he didn't even stand up to see what I was talking about. His excuse was they have low staff, so it is a theft security measure. However, there were two customers in the whole store and four to five staff. 😐..so I giggled again because it was most apparent because of how I looked, and their past experiences with individuals who might have looked like me had taken advantage and stolen over numerous years.

I realized a place like this doesn't deserve my hard-earned money (especially during inflation times), and extensions are not that important to allow them to treat me with less respect than I deserve. I hope others that have and will go here will share their experiences and stop going to this warehouse until they learn how to handle individuals as humans and not stereotyped black people.

They treat you like your going to steal this location and their other location on telegraph. I understand people steall but you can't run a business treating your main customers like they are beneath you. Sometimes you can go in there and they treat you a little better not watching you as much, maybe will answer a question or two. I do like they have a lot of products to choose from but at what cost.

Racist! would not go back here and def recommend other black folks don't support this business. I have natural brown hair and tried to find a color and texture match for a ponytail(planned on purchasing a few)...they treated me like a criminal for wanting to see multiple samples...even asked they guy helping me to put up a divider up between me and the hair behind the counter.

This is tough cause that have so much stuff which is usually fully stocked but as a POC I don't appreciate being followed, or watched while I'm simply just looking at items. They have given the guy at the front major anxiety to the point he panicked once when someone accidentally shut off the TV with the camera . He nearly had a mental breakdown and no wonder he doesn't have a crook in his neck as often as his head is looking up at that screen. I'm no longer interested in spending money with ppl who behave this way

I’m a white passing Latina and was in the wig section with another black woman shopping. I was browsing and so was this other woman. The older Asian female worker yelled “can I help you?!” I turned around thinking she was talking to me (or maybe I wasn’t supposed to be back in this section unsupervised idk) and realized she was ONLY talking to the black woman. The black shopper said to the Asian women “give me a second I’m looking.” Immediately the worker shouted “WHAT DO YOU WANT? WHAT COLOR?” It made me feel immediately unwanted, even if she wasn’t talking to me. They have a sign outside that says “Black Lives Matter,” but obviously this doesn’t apply to their clientele. Why sell mostly black hair products if you’re going to discriminate against your black customers?
