I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a massage with Chris, and I can't recommend him highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The space was clean, calming, andinstantly putting me at ease.

Chris took the time to understand my needs and concerns before beginning the massage. He listened attentively as I described the areas where I was experiencing tension and tailored the massage accordingly. His expertise was evident as he skillfully applied just the right amount of pressure, working out knots and relieving muscle stiffness I didn't even know I had. I left feeling completely refreshed, relaxed, and with significantly less tension than when I arrived.

Chris has been patient, graceful, and kind throughout the whole process. When I was finally able to see him, he went above and beyond to help me. Not only did he give a great massage and take care of my body, he incorporated so many other nurturing and healing elements such as sound healing and aromatherapy. I left feeling much much better. Chris incorporates chakra alignment, energy healing, vibrational work, and shamanic & Reiki practices into his sessions. He used tuning forks, sound bowls, cupping, and scraping, which made my 90-minute session incredibly unique and relaxing. You can tell he truly loves what he does—his kindness and deep knowledge created a safe, healing space.

After my session, he even sent me a cord-cutting video by Dr. Matt James to continue

This was by far the best massage I have ever experienced. Chris is very intuitive and seemed to know exactly where my back most needed his help. I have had neck and shoulder issues, including pinched nerves, for many years, so I am nervous about trusting anyone to massage those areas due to pain and sensitivity. However, I need not have been as Chris’ technique was firm yet gentle and delivered with expertise. I left with a relaxed neck, softer shoulders, standing a couple of inches taller, and a much improved overall sense of well-being. It is abundantly clear that Chris is passionate about wellness, healing, and genuinely cares about helping his clients feel their very best. I’m so grateful to have met him and look forward to seeing him again very soon!
