The ladies and gentlemen who work here are always great but what makes this place is Ms. Sheila. She ALWAYS has a big, absolutely beautiful smile for me and she ALWAYS asks if I brought my Yorkie with me and if not she asks how she is. This is customer service!!! Crystal pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy in Oroville. Their caring staff and pharmacists are outstanding and very professional. They care immensely about people and those who are I'll. I will stay and trust them with all my pharmacy needs. I will recommend this pharmacy to everyone in the area . I trust them more than the doctors!!

I had to pick up my mom's prescription. Everyone working there was super nice and helpful!! They have lots of great stuff to buy as far as medical needs go and other random items!! Cool stuff, reasonably priced too!! Of course with the pandemic they are practicing health and safety!! Only 5 people allowed in the store at a time!! U have to walk into the building off to the left there was a very helpful lady who directed me where to go!!

I'm only giving them one star because I can't give them no stars. They are thee worst pharmacy!! They take thee longest time completing even the most simplest of orders. They lose the prescriptions, over charge, lie and are over all a waste of time. The front staff doesn't care about the customers and you can tell their boss cares even less. This isn't just a review on one visit. This has been numerous visits. My child's pediatrician is in the same building so it was just way more convenient to go here. But after numerous horrible visits, I am done! All I can say is, if you believe the DMV has the greatest service of all time, then this is the place for you!

I have read all the other reviews and while I can only speak for myself, I must state they have never upset me in any way and have faithfully filled all my prescriptions with total accuracy.
