I started going to Wellspring after waiting in the long lines at CVS, expecting to get better service and closer attention to detail. I could not have been more wrong. A prescription that was sent to them on Sunday (granted they are not open sundays) went without any reach out to me on Monday. I called on Tuesday and was told they don't have it and they would get it the next day and call me. On Wednesday, I received no call and when I called over and over starting at 4:15pm (they close at 4:30) no one answered. I called today (Thursday, 4 days after they received this prescription) I was told oh ya it's here do you want to come get it? No one called me and when I asked why no one answered the phone was told they left early. I am so disappointed in this business. Why would you tell me you will follow through on something then just drop the ball and call it a day early? I was then asked if I wanted to have a note put in my file that I want to be notified a prescription is ready. How else would I know this if not by them telling me? I am supposed to guess? Needless to say I will be going back to the CVS line. At least there they text me and I can log in to see what stage they are at. Won't be just ignored for 4 days while I just wait to see if they care to let me know what is going on. I would have had the prescription sent to CVS on Tuesday if I had known they would flake. People go to small businesses for better care, this is not one of them that cares.

I've found them to be very helpful; I once forgot my wallet, and they allowed me to just pay when I came in the next month. Unlike Walgreens, you don't have to wait for 20-30 minutes, and here they actually make sure to call you if there is an issue with the prescription. I'm not sure why there are any bad reviews. This is more personal service than the big chains.

Been using them since they opened. Responsive and reliable. My only issue was that for one of my seven prescriptions they could not match the price i could get elsewhere, so i moved that one prescription and left the other six with them. Questions about any of my medications were clearly and concisely answered. Vaccinations also went smoothly for both my daughter and me.

I've been to this pharmacy previously (last year and prior) and again on October 12th for Covid and Flu vaccines. The staff is NOT welcoming or friendly at all. We're all living in stressful times and friendliness goes a long way!

I don’t typically write reviews, especially not negative ones for small businesses… but try to avoid coming here for vaccinations if you have any needle phobia or fear. The pharmacist chose to give me a speech about how he was 20 minutes late leaving work yesterday because of “uncooperative” people like me… and had absolutely zero patience even after I told him from the get go that I had a needle phobia. This is not a trauma-informed business. If I didn’t need he booster for an event next week I would have walked out and made an appointment elsewhere.

I got my bivalent booster here on Friday. I was a bit worried after reading reviews about the staff here, but the woman who checked me in was very nice and the man who vaccinated me was courteous. The place is pretty tiny and there was a little bit of a line when I arrived but the process went quickly and I got through just a few minutes after arriving. I didn't try to get my vaccine in my right arm, but I overheard the person in front of me tell her boyfriend you don't get a choice. The space is super small and the vaccinator sits to your left. One thing to note is they don't have you stay there for a monitoring period as has happened at each of my other Covid vax appointments. Not sure if this isn't done anymore or they just don't have the space to do that so don't.

The owner and manager of the company, Andrew Beyers is rude, aggressive and condescending. When simply asked about an available vaccination appointment, we were met with “do you want us working until midnight every night?”. The level of inappropriate behavior was surprising and unnecessary. Avoid this place at all costs.
