As a local business and Esthetician of more than 15 years in the actual Beverly Hills area, I would like to start with they are not a Beverly Hills business and are based in Torrance, CA. While preparing to purchase with their company & in the process of opening and account I was completing some business research. This company intentionally make it very difficult to get basic information about their ingredients in their products.

They claim this is to “protect their brand,” yet they don’t realize how this shows a lack of respect the Estheticians who also own businesses and are interested in working with this brand. It took two phone calls just to get the simple question answered of, “Are MSDS sheets available?” This is mandatory for CA State Board Compliance. They finally were able to confirm this, but were very rude while doing so.

Their manager grabbed the phone from her associate, and would barley allow me to let speak, and begun talking over me. I was actually calling mostly to provide feedback, that they refused to even listen. Feedback about my concerns of working with companies who are ethical and concerned for the well being of all humans, animals, and the environment that create our earth. Feedback about the lack of transparency being a red flag that Derma Aesthics Beverly Hills is so abrasive when other industry professionals are advocating for non-toxic formulas and transparency for clients to know if there are any harmful ingredients in their skincare.

They told me “I need to work with a much smaller company.” “I need to work woth organic skincare.” However, there are medical grade skincare companies that are doing a better job at maintaining clean formulas, showing concern for animals and the environment with their business practices, and also delivering quality medical grade skincare. I am actually certified with multiple medical grade companies including IS Clinical, PCA, Obagi Medial, Envy Medical, and Dermodality Skin Solutions. So, it was strange for them to dismiss my feedback and tell me to “just go work with a small company with an organic line.” In fact, I have become so frustrated while trying to find transparency and get started with this company that I have even begun to now research and consider starting my own skin care line to ensure that people do not have to go through this just to find quality skincare for their spa!

Their management is very rude especially considering that is is a huge investment of time and money when Estheticians decide on a skincare line to bring into their business and that I was taking the time while considering a business relationship that could potentially have lasted for quite some time. They don’t respect the small businesses that are interested in working with them. It is sad to see, as it seems like it could be a great line if they were more interested in being friendly to newcomers, ethical, and transparent.

They don’t respect that Estheticians who have several years of experience may be interested in researching their formulas prior to investing in their full line and the time/money to learn an entire new skincare line because over the years of providing professional skin care, we have our own opinions and our own ingredients that we are looking for that we have found to be most effective. That is why I want to see their formulas is because I know what ingredients I am looking for in a formula and what works. And that is why I am interested in having in my treatment room. I also do not want to bring any products into my business that are toxic or could potentially cause harm to clients. This company seems to not have concern for their customers or the concern of the topic of toxicity in skin care. That is a huge red flag.

When I mentioned to their manager, that one reason I wanted to work with them is because they are local to our community in Los Angeles, and so is my business - they seemed to have zero feedback or interest in the topic of local businesses support each other. Wow. Such a cold company with bad vibes.

Love this skincare line! Lincoln is so knowledgeable and explains why everything works. Also love how the products make my skin feel. Dermaesthetics has a family feel and I love how they take the holistic approach but also back up all their products with science and research! They are family owned and are doing what they love unlike money hungry corporations that put bandaids over skin issues instead of solving them!

I LOVE DERMAESTHETICS! I have been using their line of products for over a year and have seen a dramatic improvement in my skin's overall appearance and health. (The anti pollution foxfire serum is my favorite to use in the morning.) The customer service and staff at Dermaesthetics are also great to work with and I highly recommend this beauty company!

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had with Dermaesthetics. As a student at RCC, I rely on timely delivery of required kits to complete my coursework. When I placed my order on April 15, I expected to receive my kit promptly. However, the company failed to deliver on time, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

After waiting for a week, Kristina came to RCC to deliver kits today, only to find that my kit was missing along with six others. When I told Kristina about my order, she immediately started making excuses and insisting that the missing kits would be shipped separately. It wasn't until I showed her my order confirmation that she acknowledged the mistake.

As a salon owner with five years of experience, I have interacted with numerous brands and suppliers. I have never encountered such poor customer service and lack of accountability as I did with Dermaesthetics. It is unacceptable for a company to make excuses and fail to take responsibility for their errors.

Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Dermaesthetics to anyone. Their unprofessionalism and lack of reliability make them a liability for any business. I will not be carrying their brand in my salon and will actively discourage others from doing so as well.

I met Lincoln and the DBH team at the IECSC show in Vegas of 2021. The first 5 min of class with Lincoln I knew I was going to marry this brand. My Medspa is DBH exclusive and I have never looked back! The quality of this Korean skin care line is the best I have ever used in my 17 years of aesthetics. And the training they offer is second to none. Every single staff member is incredibly knowledgeable and so willing to help you with any question you may have. They go above and beyond in every aspect. Don't even consider another brand because you cannot find a better one!
