Booking an appointment with this salon was super easy. The salon itself was smaller and cozy I liked the decorations it was a comfortable environment. The services I got done were a wash, cut, and blow out. When I was getting my hair washed the water kept dripping down my back. The hair stylist and lady at the desk were extremely welcoming and friendly. For my haircut I asked for a trim, layers, and feathery bangs. I brought in 2 reference photos and I told her what I liked from each photo. I think the hair cut looks good, it isn’t exactly what I asked for but it’s still pretty. My hair was frizzy in the front from blow drying it, I feel like the hair cut I got is high maintenance and requires styling to look good because of the layering however I didn’t book an additional styling because that was out of my budget. The appointment was quick it only took 25 minutes. The services I received in total costed $89 + the 25% tip I left which isn’t mandatory I just like to tip small businesses. I added the reference pictures I showed and the haircut I received. Note: I forgot to take a picture of the blowout. Those photos of the haircut are from me restyling it when I got home from the appointment.

I think I just found my go-to salon! The place is super cute and easy to find. I booked a same-day appointment and was so happy they could fit me in. Sara worked her magic on my boring long hair and gave my color a beautiful refresh! But the best part? They’re open seven days a week—from 7:30 AM to 8 PM!

Gave 2 stars because the salon was clean. I had curls done for an event. Granted it was hot out, but after I mentioned that my hair doesn’t hold a curl very well, I asked for a lot more product in my hair. My curls didn’t last an hour. I was extremely disappointed with how it turned out.

I was looking for a place that was open on Easter and Google said they were but it's not always correct so I checked their website and nothing about holiday hours and I clicked booking link and it had times available for 2 stylists and I picked and done and then waited for a while cuz it said if booking within 24 hours, be sure to wait for the confirmation email, so I did that and it said I was confirmed and all set so I went over and had a hard time finding it and the door was locked so I called the number on Google maps and it said couldn't go through, so I called the number on the website, that didn't work, so I called a third totally different number on the sign outside and left a voicemail, waited 5 minutes after my appointment time, then went to the gym. Then like an hour later I got an email saying thanks for coming in and asking me to leave a review so I am. The owners have absolute control over their Google hours and could have set holiday hours there or on their website and they have control over their offline availability and bookings so at any point this could have been avoided. Sadly I will not be trying them again for wasting my time.

Hidden gem in downtown Ashland! It is a small place that offers a fantastic experience, and it's conveniently located near the train tracks. I actually enjoy hearing the train blowing in the background—it adds a unique charm to the visit. I went in for a simple haircut, and the stylist took great care to make sure it was just right, paying attention to the little details.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and it’s clear that Sara takes pride in providing a personalized touch. If you’re looking for a great haircut and enjoy supporting local businesses, this spot is worth checking out. I’ll definitely be back!

I had an amazing experience today. Sara was super friendly, and the salon was super cute and clean. She did an awesome job with my Brazilian blowout—my hair is smooth, frizz-free, and was exactly what I wanted, I’ve had these done before from other salons and never left happy but decided to give it one last shot today at this salon, and left happier than I ever expected. Highly recommend checking them out!

Pathetic customer service. It seems they want 24 hour notice for a kids hair cut and keep cancelling your appointment request without a proper explanation.

Review update: The establishment was cancelling my appointment without an explanation or communication. I had to email and call them asking for the reason. They were like our system has a glitch and we are booked out till January. If your system has a glitch and is letting customers book appointments, isn't it your responsibility to communicate it and take accountability? Of course, I'm going to be taking my business elsewhere and will also not recommend your salon to anyone esle. Please see screenshots of their email and randomly rescheduling appointment without asking the customer. I'm quite surprised places like these are still surviving. I will leave to the other customers to decide who is disrespecting who.
