As the other comments suggest, the opening hours are more of a guideline than a rule. It didn't bother me too much (it did take me a few goes to get my altered clothes back...) but that is going to be a deal-breaker for some. It's worth just calling ahead to make sure they are actually open when they say they are. Otherwise, prices are real good, alterations were great and the guy who runs the shop was very polite and friendly.

As much as I liked the couple of times I used their dry cleaning services, I can't use them anymore because they're never open when they say they are.

Their hours on their website, Google, Yelp, and posted on their front door are all inconsistent. I've gone to try to drop off clothes 3 times in the last 2 months when *the paper taped to their door* said they were open and they weren't open (and each time was 1 to 2 hours before the paper said they were supposed to close).

This is no way to run a business.

I brought a bridesmaid’s dress in on relatively short notice to be altered- not only were they on time with the alteration, they cleaned and pressed my dress as well. Beautiful work, and really lovely people. The only place I take my dry cleaning and anything to be altered.
