Another Update - Called the company next to them on Google Maps and they said they have NEVER HEARD of Ace Depot!!! I'm just trying to do Everything I can to help others NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT THIS PRETEND place! Even their FB site hasn't been touched since 2019. Everyone should go down the review list and on the 5 Star ratings click the 3 dots on the top right and you can mark it as SPAM. It's about all the power we have to help. - My Review which is like ALL the REAL Reviews here!!! -->SHAME ON THEM!!!! Noooo Noooo Nooo!! My 1st Bad review of a company. You only get a guy from India, "Sam"... sure.. right.. uh, NOT!! "Give us 24-48 hours", that's about all they can say. And apologize, etc, So you believe "Sam". Guess I'm going to dispute this with my bank and get my money back. I just want a REAL refurbished Bother printer exactly as I have... HATE being Taken!!! SHAME SHAME SHAME!!!!

DO NOT buy here, I make a mistake placing an order here. Their website says the item in stock will ship in 1-2 business days. I have been waiting for 10 business days and still hasn't shipped. Call customer service 3 days in a row, they said "We will update your tracking number shortly" Turn out, that I did not see any update on the order. It is sad to see a company doing business like this.

Bought from them because they offered free shipping, which put them as the best price. Within in the hour, I received an email saying I would be charged $12 freight. I called to cancel order, without asking why, was asked if it was the freight charge. Yes I said, was informed that it had already shipped, and they would credit the freight charges. Several calls later, and they haven’t credited the freight. Stay away from these dis-honest people!!!!!

This place sucks. Ordered some office equipment, waited 2 months (MONTHS) for shipment to arrive, no tracking number, then when I opened the package it WASN'T WHAT I ORDERED (completely different product!). Ace Depot refused to do an RMA/return and refused to give a refund. So I filed a dispute with my credit card issuer & will get refunded by them. After dealing with Ace Depot over the phone (when he actually answers the phone) and email, I can confirm that this is the WORST COMPANY EVER and I don't know how he's still in business.

After he confirmed he wouldn't accept back what he shipped (again, not what I ordered), I trashed it. Box, packaging and product, into file 13. Never ever ever ever ever doing business with this company again, and you can bet I'm advising all of my friends and contacts of the same.

I ordered copier ink. Was suppose to receive in 1-3 business days. They called a few days later and said I had to pay extra for shipping even though their website says most items ship free and was not charged when placing my order. One month later they never sent the toner. When I called they assured me they would resend. Another month and still have not received it. Customer service people only reply that they have no info and cannot call anyone because everyone else have already gone home.

Ordered a letter folding mechine then immediately got and email and telephone call saying it was out of stock and they tried to upsell us a more expensive item. I declined the offer and asked for a refund. Its been over a month and no refund. Scammers!!!

I almost never complain and I guess I should have looked at the ratings prior to dealing with Ace Depot. Lesson learned. Ace Depot failed to give me the advertised sales price for my purchase and subsequently overcharged my credit card. Ace Depot Customer Service is completely non-existent. They do not return emails or answer the phone. I successfully pursued the cost difference with my credit card company, so the end result was satisfactory. But it does beg the question as to why this company exhibits behavior of this nature? All Ace Depot had to do was answer the phone, make the adjustment and they would have received a 5-star rating. The product was great, packaging excellent and shipping was fast; however due to all the additional effort personally expended to correct the purchase price I have to award a rating of "1". I would steer clear in dealing with this company.

*BUYER BEWARE* This company purchases the items they sell off ebay at the time that someone orders from their website, charging their customer a higher price than they find the item for. There is no verification that the item works nor if it has actually been factory refurbished or remanufactured as they state on their website. They lie to the ebay seller and ask for no shipping statement in the package as item is a gift. Then they go back and deny delivery of package causing problems for the ebay seller. The customer could have purchased the item off of ebay themselves.
