Okay, I’ve never written a review before but, I’ve gone to this Ace Hardware Store Twice and both times they have been absolutely amazing.

The first time I went to copy a key, as soon as I walked in, they pointed me in the right direction, we walked over to the counter where they copy keys and they had it done in an instant! Everyone was extremely nice and made the experience almost fun!

The second time I went, was an even better experience! I went in looking for a wrench so that I could replace one of my brake lights. I came in 30 minutes before close which I usually don’t like doing but I just wanted to get it done. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a “hello” and “how can I help you”, I asked if they sold brake lights (in case I got the wrong one) and for where they’re wrenches are. The guy at the counter offered to look up the brake light bulb I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction.

As I stood in the aisle of wrenches I had no idea which one to get but then an employee approached me asking if I need help, I told him I wasn’t quite sure what I’m looking for (scared to buy the wrong thing, I’m on a college girl budget) I grabbed the screw from my car and he picked out the wrench I needed. Not just that, he went above and beyond. He helped me replace the bulb, take a video of the light that I could see exactly what I needed to replace, and check to see if the brake light worked after he replaced it.

What great costumer service! I am definitely making Ace Hardware store my go to hardware store from here on out!

Some hard to find products that are difficult or impossible to find at 'big box' rivals such as Lwoes or Home Depot. Prices not quite competitive but close. Where I go when I need one or two specific items fast. This particular store seemed to be a bit under-stocked.

Walked in this evening minutes before they closed as they are one of the few open until 9pm. I rushed here 25 minutes from south Denver to walk through the door and be greeted by 2 older ladies with, “oh we’re closing.” Both of them said it even though it in fact was not closing time yet. I almost said something to them but I honestly just didn’t feel like even dealing with them as their tone and demeanor suggested they were not going to be helping me with anything that evening. So all that I could say was “never mind.” I did also add this is my only day off this week and would be the only time I’d be able to do this. And again they both said in a very rushed and bothered manner “oh well we can help you but…” and I told them I needed to grab a pepper plant and a herb quickly and they emphatically denied my request saying it was too dark. Well, it’s unfortunate because at my home ace hardware they never say things like that. I quite literally go there often before it closes and they are always willing to help and super friendly. It seems so many places you go these days to purchase goods regard the customers as a burden..? Yes I was right before closing. Yes I needed 2 plants which I knew what they were and just drove 25 minutes only for this. Yet these ladies were unwilling to help me solve my problem. Not so friendly for “the friendly place”.

Hands down, this is the best Ace Hardware on the front range, if not all of Colorado. They didn't have the length of ABS that I needed, so one of the guys cut a long pipe to my exact length and charged me by the foot. Their RV and pet supplies were a nice discovery! I'll be back!

A BIG THANK YOU to DAVE for helping me with my plumbing problem. The house is 25+ years old and so are the valves. He got me the right equipment and some heads up on possible problems. You can count on Ace and DAVE!

Great store, but what's up with the teeny-bopper music? Seriously...who picks the selection...a twelve year old? I come to this store often and it gives me a headache every time. Most men wouldn't care for this crap. And let's be honest, that's the demographic shopping here the most. Otherwise, Ace is the place?. Would be 5 stars if you'd change the irritating music.

Had my first visit to this location to find plumbing repair items. Pretty clueless about my needs but as always personalized attention from staff ensured positive experience. The mega chain stores are nice but sometimes smaller is better . Appreciate the convenience of Ace Stores throughout the neighborhoods for quick grab and go! This one sells liquor which has not expected.

95% of their personnel are always 5-star! They're friendly and helpful, and probably make life easier for the lone duck who needs to get your smile now and then. I'm so glad to have them in our neighborhood.
