Well this place must have a theft problem. Every time I'm in there I'm followed around even when I don't need any help. When I ask to use the restroom the cashier goes to the phone and makes her call to other employees. When I exit the restroom there will be a employee eye balling me as I exit. Other than that it's a small hardware store with a good selection and competitive prices. The employees can be helpful some more than others. The main reason I use this store is because it's the closest hardware store to my property. I'd like the owner to know that I'm a lot of things but I'm not a THIEF. Maybe your employee's should pay more attention to all the "so called" animal rescue owners in our area. One of which I know vists often and is a thief and a dishonest loser. I'll probably start using Home Depot more often that way I can save a little money and not feel like a scum bag when I'm shopping. Amen...

Buyer beware! Had a key made for my Tundra paid $350. Had the key one hour drove to a local store. Returned to my truck to start it with the new key and the key had opened up at the seems of the key. All the red buttons popped out and I tried to start my truck and it wouldn’t work. Took the key back was told we will take care of it. That was in like April it now middle of October. Been into store several times one time the manager said they would personally handle it. They have my number. Took my receipt. Took my money and I have no key. I don’t know whom to call the state attorney General. Corporate or BBB. I didn’t know you can take someone’s hard earned cash and give them no products. Do not shop here. $350 is going to kill me but that could be life changing for some people. But this place has had every chance to make the situation right. Lesson learned by in big cities and reputable merchants. Stop giving your money to stores like this and they will be filing for bankruptcy so that this type of abuse stops.

I love the location. They always greet you at the door. Even with the crazy stuff I need, the staff always knows where to find it. The last time I went, I purchased car keys that I couldn't find anywere else in town.

I walked in, was looking for wire and I was almost to the aisle and a gentleman asked me if he could help me and took me there he actually grabbed the wires for me. Very very nice place, well kept, and the people are delightful. I will be back.
