I found a snowblower on their website (website said there were two in stock), and purchased it online. This was on Friday evening. The delivery was scheduled (online), for the following day. Got a call the following morning expecting a delivery time. I was told there weren’t any in stock, but had 4 coming in on Tuesday. I wasn’t happy about it but not much I could do at that point. I called the store on Monday to follow up on my purchase. Bruce took the call and could not have been more helpful. We had a great conversation and he assured me they were coming and the delivery would be made. He was great. The following day, the machine was delivered…not on time, but earlier than expected! The driver (Josh), could not be friendlier or more knowledgeable about the machine. He went through all of the features and made sure it was running properly before he left. I could not be happier with this experience and recommend Ace in Rome without hesitation. This is not an unusual circumstance. They have always been very helpful whenever I’ve been in the store. I’ll continue to do all of my business there.

Bruce and the team at Ace Hardware, helped me find just the right parts to fix a bike bag. And they figured out how to fix it. The next nearest bike store was 12+ miles away and closed to boot. I think the repair was better than anything a bike store would have come up with!
