Fantastic store with helpful people! Jeff is a fantastic employee. Knowledgeable and friendly. Jeff requested I let him know if the custom key cut worked, which it did, and I called the store to inform Jeff, and thank him.

Yesterday, I needed a couple of house keys cut. One key was a basic Schlage key and the other key looked simple but was longer. The automated key cutting machine at the store did not recognize the blank so Jeff took it upon himself to go through various blanks to find the one that had the correct grooves and long enough. Jeff cut the keys and they work!

I love Ace Hardware stores. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I enjoy the small town feel of an ace. They tend to be pricey though.

Prices are really high at Ace. Smaller selection of products that I was looking for. I can get the same products for half the price at Home depot or Menards. Stopped there as I was getting something for a customer.

This place is very unique. Sometimes, the associates are friendly and helpful, and other times don't bother to ask for assistance. Next time I am visiting the area I will contact the owner.

Nice large Ace store with good customer attention and excellent selection. Extremely responsive to problem solving. I had an issue with an exchange and the owner personally reached out to me to correct my issue. You wouldn't find that type of attention at a big box store.
