I rented the carpet cleaning machine. It looks like it was made in 1970 but it sure works good. I will also say this store is very clean and well stocked. The people working were all friendly.

Well let's start with I bought a NEW Stihl weedeater used it twice and it was bogging down bad I took back to store and the young lady at the counter was super nice and helpful she took a 25 dollar deposit from me and I asked why she replied in case they need any parts. Ok I get it mind you I have a 2 year warranty because I use Stihl oil in my mix. Fast forward 2 weeks haven't heard anything called today they said it was ready and just needed a carb adjustment..once again I get it things happen asked about my 25 dollar deposit at the front counter and she said she would have to ask someone I followed her to the asst manager who is "super personable" not
.. and I proceeded to ask about the deposit and how the actual warranty works he explained it's for manufacturer defects only ..hmmm he also stated the charge was for labor. Well I can adjust a carb literally takes 30 seconds to do so I said you charged me 25 dollars for two turns of a screwdriver he replied that he could have charged me a half hour labor if he wanted..clearly this was going nowhere so I took my item and left. I was told the deposit was for parts they did not use any parts and I was charged for labor? I really feel I was taken for the 25 dollars and really would like to speak to someone other than the super personable asst manager to explain things to me. It was all good when I spent the money in this store when I bought it just curious why you say one thing and get charged for amother? To the owner: my service order is 121230 my phone number is on there I would love a telephone call to resolve this matter.
