Money, money, money. That’s all they seem to care about. Went there and waited over 45 minutes past my appointment to see a doctor for 5 minutes. He was uncaring, and clearly had better things to do than see me. Acted like I was a fool for even wasting their time for my concerns. I go to the other one in town on Center St. Way better reception, and way better vibe. Seriously I think I dodged a bullet from reading the reviews. I felt as long as I had an issues they can charge my insurance for, I’d get ok treatment. Explore your choices. Also, they did a name change. The old place had terrible reviews. They can keep changing the name but the experience seems the same.

Horrible experience... waited 3 weeks for an appointment only to have it cancelled without notice. They sent 3 text appointment reminders that said arrive at 8:15.... I arrived and was told that they expected arrival 15 minutes early? If you want people to arrive early... set the appointment early!

Had melanoma surgery in 2022. Go to advanced dermatology in Kalamazoo for skin checks yearly. I get a text at 10:30 on the 25th saying I missed my appointment on the 24th. I did not receive one email, text, or phone call about the appointment. It being once per year you would think you would get a reminder. I called and asked why I wasn’t sent an email, he transfers me to the main office. I then talk to another person who then says he will connect me to the main office. I wait on hold for 10 minutes then a woman picks up who overtalked me the entire time. Then gets upset when you tell her not to over talk. She tells me you knew about your appointment when you were in last. Yeah, a year ago. Good luck getting me to pay a 50$ no show when your notification system is non existent. Advanced dermatology is a racket and they don’t care about you. My advice is find a more professional office.

I was a new patient, rude staff at front office, they saw me for not even 5 minutes and charged me $150 after insurance.. didn’t help me at all. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back.

Lack of care and service you charge a OUTRAGEOUS amount for a service that didn't even last 5 minutes and the doctor didn't even touch me. Seems like they are all in for the money and not the patients. Left pretty disappointed. Then I got a huge bill in the mail even tho they said I was all good insurance covered it all I don't owe anything then I called about it and all I get was they must have not seen that sorry.

From start to finish, everyone in this office is efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. The office is always clean and comfortable. Therese is the best!!
