I have suffered for many years with unsightly facial hair. I plucked, shaved and waxed, but the hair would always return stronger and darker. I 'am so grateful a friend of mine told me about Aileen.
She is amazing! ...after only 3 months of once a week electrolysis sessions, the hair on my lip and chin are gone! Her technique is gentle.
Her kind demeanor is so appreciated because I will admit, I was a bit apprehensive and embarrassed to have this done. Aileen put me at ease immediately. She has over 20 years experience in this field. She makes me feel like family.
I only go every 4 weeks or so now, just to touch up my eyebrows and any other hair that may sprout up.
Aileen has truly made an impact in my life. No longer do I fear that someone may notice hair on my chin and lip.
Now I can "face" the world.

I’m so glad I started going to Aileen. She is so fun to talk to and her space is very clean and professional. It takes a few sessions but it is worth it. This is the only truly permanent solution!

1. Her house reeks of dog & theres dogs running around everywhere.
2. She made a rude comment about my eyebrows.
3. Her work area is completely cluttered and dirty. (the bed u lay on is hard as a brick and so uncomfortable)
4. I noticed her license is expired from a year or two ago.
5. No gloves, no mask, no sanitary precautions whatsoever.
6. She kept answering the phone during our appointment to schedule appointments w other clinics (mind you she charges by the hour, so half of that time was spent scheduling other clients, then she goes back to touching my skin w her dirty hands)
7. She barley got any hair by the end of our appointment & she left me really red & inflamed.
8. She would leave the needle in my skin for a ridiculous amount of time & she does not have steady hands whatsoever so it was extremely painful (so much more than what it shouldve been)
8. She kept blowing her nose right next to me then she placed the dirty tissue on my leg & just continued working w out cleaning her hands, stepping outside or anything.
Completely unprofessional in every sense. I went to her once but never again. Id rather get charged more going to someone else than to get an infection or scarred from this lady.
