If you're actually going to charge more than competitors for the same stuff why only have one register open during peak hours. Like was 20 people deep and even then it took 10 mins for someone to drop on a register. Happily ship elsewhere...

I was in the store to pick up groceries and stopped at the pharmacy to order refills on medication to be picked up at a later date. I made the mistake of asking about flu shots. The woman looked right at me then turned away,took off her lab coat and walked out. I'm left standing at the counter wondering what the heck just happened. The other girl came over and said they can't fill my order today because they are so backed up. I restated that they were for pick-up on later date. Then asked her about flu shots and was told to go to their website and make an appointment. Okay,I was good with that. On the way out of the store , the other woman who had walked out was sitting outside on the curb having a cigarette. Very unprofessional behavior. Changing pharmacy now. The convenience of the location isn't worth the disrespectful behavior.

First time I have had to fill a prescription in over a decade and I was using a third party prescription app to pay for it. After the pharmacist, Nasim, greeted me I showed her my app to which she asked where the prescription was sent from. I mentioned the name of my doctors practice and after some back and forth, and me repeating that I didn’t know what I was doing because I hadn’t gotten a prescription in years, she finally explains that the app I was using was just to pay for the medicine and that the doctor still needs to send in the prescription. I’m not sure why but she was not very friendly and didn’t simply explain that the app didn’t send the prescription request to them.

Either way she seemed a bit put out by my situation instead of just being friendly and explaining the process to me. She even finally admitted she was familiar with the app I was holding up but for some reason she repeated the same question over and over instead of asking a different way that got her the answer she needed. Now I understand how the process works so I’m sure if you have the prescription sent in and followed the normal procedure it would be fine but it was an unpleasant experience for me so I’m going to try and find a different pharmacy.

I have been using this SavOn Pharmacy for years as well as the Camp Pendleton Navy Pharmacy. If I need a prescription filled right away, SavOn is my go to Pharmacy. The staff is always polite and fast, I just wish that SavOn would keep the same pharmacists on staff instead of having such a turn over.

Kicked out and harassed because of disability, I limp so The Manger accused me of theft and three employees asked me to leave.. threatened to call police I asked them too, I have valid receipt for everything. They refused threatening to throw me out ,

All very friendly to me, and even remember my name. Best pharmacy by far, I had to switch from CVS due to some rude member of staff, receiving bad info. from them, etc.

Terrible pharmacy. Phillup was incredibly rude. They coud have cared less and it was obvious. Had to leave without medication for my child for a third time.
