Give 5 stars. Company has great products and had an exceptionally positive experience today contacting customer service. My problem was finding the muscle and joint topical pain relief product called, "Designs for Health Arthro Soothe Creme," but Aroma Thyme company had the product stock and no one else had stock, so I ordered 2.

Called and spoke with Debbie the owner. Very helpful and clarified what I needed for a glass nebulizer replacement. Her prices are also very very reasonable. She is knowledgeable with quality of essential oils, which can be hard to find if you do not know what you are looking for and where it comes from. Go to her and not AMAZON . Thank you .

I absolutely love this online store. Not only is the quality of the very highest caliber, but the service level is exceptional. You simply don’t find people that provide this level of product and service combined anymore.

The purity of their essential oils comes through in each aromatic whiff of their products. I purchase all my essential oils from this store because I can always trust in getting an excellent product.

I started with being a member of their Scent of the Month club which first introduced me to the wide selection of aromatherapy products they carry. After just the first shipment I was so impressed, I started looking into what other products they carry on their site. I am now a forever customer and fan. Their website not only offers products, but a wealth of information about each oil and its uses. It is so impressive and saves me from lengthy searches to get to accurate and trustworthy information.

Aroma Thyme Aromatherapy had just what I was searching for! I was on the hunt for Yuzu oil and Aroma Thyme carried it. I had been wanting to expand my citrus oil collection and was pleased to also find Pink Grapefruit and Lemon Basil. The Aroma Thyme website was easy to navigate and had all kinds of great gift suggestions as well as essential oils. All the oils have been delightful in my diffuser and my house smells uplifting and clean. And best of all, Aroma Thyme was in my neighborhood and I was able to connect with the owner to pick it up from her store. What a great find in Santa Rosa!
