I never leave reviews, but Hotel Collection / Aroma 360 company gave me the run around with their car diffuser product. I’m convinced non of the car diffusers work. The first car diffuser I ordered did not work. They ask you to take a video and send it to them, so I did that and went through their tech support. The car diffuser still did not work at all, so they sent a mailing label to send the car diffuser back. This happened 3 times, as all 3 diffusers did not work. Went through the same process with the video and tech support. I sent the third diffuser back, just as I did with the other 2, and I received an email letting me know they would issue a refund. Now the company is saying they never received the 3rd diffuser, even though I have tracking info and the refund email. I asked them to look at their previous emails. Still waiting to hear back, and to get my money back, for a very large purchase.

I signed up for their quarterly scents with the hotel collection machine. Part of this package was “VIP” support. There is nothing VIP about this… no one answers emails from the team, I’ve had my packages sent to the wrong address and then I had to fight them to get it resent to the correct address, promises of call backs in 24-48 hours and no one calls. The frustration of their support way outweighs how much I like their scents. If I could go back in time, I would have never signed up for this service

Alex and George are honestly the best!!
We came in with aroma 360 that hasn’t been working for a while. Alex was so kind to look into it and try to see all possible ways to fix it, he recommended amazing tips. George cleaned it for a bit and it started working better than before. They both went above and beyond to make sure we don’t leave till we are happy. I highly recommend this location and asking for Alex or George. Alex works at the Malibu location mostly so if you’re at that area definitely ask for him. Thank you so much for making our day

I’ve purchased two colognes from the Malibu store. The gent in the store was lovely but sadly when I got back to my hotel room, I discovered I’d been short changed. I purchased a 50ml and a 100ml bottle of cologne for myself and my son, but the shop assistant only put 2 50ml bottles in the bag, and no receipt. When I contacted customer services, a woman called Aliya couldn’t be any less helpful if she tried. I’m on holiday, I’ve been shortchanged, but apparently I need to contact the store directly by phone, even though I’m a tourist with limited access to a US phone, and cannot exactly go back to the store 30 miles away from my hotel. A lesson in customer service is really needed. Admitting when you got it wrong, which I accept sometimes happens, is very much needed for Aliya. These should be different sizes.

The BH location services is awesome. Jorge & the entire staff are knowledgeable in the products while taking as much time needed to satisfy their customers. The parking is a challenge however when you walk into Aroma360 your parking stress is removed. So nice to have aroma360 around to explore the products clise & personal. Keep the emails going for the sale items.

SCAM ALERT – STAY AWAY!

I have never dealt with a more dishonest and incompetent company. It took countless calls and emails just to get a basic response. After multiple assurances that my subscription was canceled, they went ahead and reactivated it WITHOUT MY CONSENT. This is beyond unacceptable—it's fraud.

If you're thinking about signing up, DON'T! They will trap you in an endless cycle of false promises and unauthorized charges. STAY FAR AWAY!
