My husband and I are new to Aroma 360 and our experience has been top notch. Coco was so warm and friendly helping us pick out the perfect unit and scents for our home business. She went above and beyond making sure we could get our machine installed correctly and safely, never hesitating taking a call or video. All I can say is WOW, our home business smells amazing and I is important to know that these scents are not harmful to us or our pets. Aroma360 and meeting Monica today was inspiring. I learned of some new products and new scents. My favorite is smoke in the water. And being apart of their VIP family they show you a lot of love and attention. But those that are new to the brand were accepted and treated with the upmost respect. It almost felt like the first time all over again with my first purchase when meeting Monica. Please go see Monica at the Biltmore location she is very knowledgeable and very kindhearted.

Monica and Coco are both great. We got the DaVinci 2 months ago and have been enjoying it. I did know what I was getting myself into generally before my purchase, and things haven been working as I wanted them to.

I’ve also ordered online and did run into a small issue that was inevitably resolved in a satisfactory way, though it was slow. All in all, in-store they are awesome and helpful and I enjoy going in to pick oils every so often.

With some reviews I’ve seen and conversations on Reddit, it seems like Aroma360 has a lot of opportunity to improve their online customer service experience to match it closer to how great they are in-store.

The name of the store was intriguing and the aromas coming out of it were enticing so we went in. I think I was expecting a custom parfum boutique when we entered but I was pleasantly surprised. The variety of scented essential oils that were displayed to scent spaces and your body were heavenly. There was another customer in the store that raved about the system that essentially had me sold on it. Alex N. the salesperson sealed the deal by sharing with me all of the promotional deals that were available. I left with the Vangogh360 essential oil diffuser and a membership to keep my home smelling AH-MAZING. Alex also programmed my unit so that all I had to do was plug it in. My house was smelling so good when I woke up the next day that I returned and purchased a smaller diffuser for a gift and an essential oils parfum set. If you want to save money on waxes that don’t last, candles that really aren’t safe to keep your home, office or vehicle smelling their best or parfums that evaporate as soon as you spray them on, Aroma360 is the answer.

Crystal gave me excellent customer service. She was able to break down the payment options and help me with a Broken diffuser. Crystal even went a step further and gave me extra perks with my subscription.

The beginning of this process was stressful, but Crystal was able to alleviate my frustrations with understanding and compassion. Thank you, Crystal for taking the time to put me on ease and feel that my purchase was worth it.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff is only helpful when they are sure they’re going to make money off of you. When I brought my broken machine in the sales associate rather than taking the time to help me just tried to upsell me. Told me that the machine I had bought was bad and she doesn’t recommend anyone get it and rather than replacing my broken one I should just get a different machine that is hundreds more. Eventually after she was unable to upsell me she offered to replace my faulty item. I have also had issues cancelling my pod subscription. I have contacted customer service via email and phone. I have also tried to cancel in store. Every avenue I have taken they tell me to try somewhere else. Since trying to cancel I have received two pods and been charged for two pods I did not want. It would be nice if the sales team wasn’t so money hungry and had a little bit of interest in the customers wants.

If I could give zero stars I would. This review is not for the store per se but the Aroma 360 company as a whole. I took advantage of the free diffuser with 3 month subscription obligation only to discover that it does not diffuse and fragrance my home as promised. The diffuser DOES NOT WORK. The advertisement states that it fragrances up to 600sq ft space. I originally had it in the living room (which is not very big) and I only smell it when it dispenses for 15 seconds and then stops. I tried the different settings and nothing was working. I ended up taking it to my bedroom which is significantly smaller than the living room and still nothing. The oils twice have arrived leaking.

I called customer support multiple times to voice my concerns but they insisted I was under a 3 month subscription and if I canceled I would have to pay $99. They offered to switch it out because they said it was most likely defective. The new one arrived, same issue. I expressed that this was not fair and that I would be happy to have kept the subscription if the item worked and it did as specified. After numerous calls and multiple customer service representatives not wanting to help resolve the issue I became very upset. This is a case of false advertisement and unethical conduct by a company that charged me $74 the first month and then proceeded to charge $54/month for 3 months. I was told that after the 3 months ended I could cancel and return any unopened oils for a refund.

Still waiting on a manager to call me back and address this issue and refund my money but they have not. Extremely poor customer service and unethical practice.
