Been ordering from this company for years however recently this year they continue to drop the ball. My last 2 orders arrived without logo on the products. I have to chase them to place an order & I have to find the new products on their social media & beg an employee to place an order where it should be the other way around. The products are high quality top notch so this would be a 5 star review if they were organized on the back end. I place a special order for a holiday event only to have the entire order arrive without the logo printed then I’ve called, text & emailed without a response…. It’s so disheartening to see they are running the company down with the lack of any type of service.

This is my first time using this company! I’ve been in the beauty industry for over 10 years and I am very picky and specific with the brands and companies I align myself with. I heard great reviews about this company and decided to try it out. All of the products and packaging came out amazing. I ordered the liquid matte lipsticks, lip oil, and lip glosses and loved the high quality of each product. The liquid matte lipsticks were long lasting, comfortable wear, and not too drying where it feels like my lips will crack if I were to smile. The lip oils were hydrating and the colors keep up with the current trending lip oils. Lastly, the lip glosses were high shine, not too thick, and not sticky. The customer service was great!! The rep Amy was knowledgeable, patient, and efficient which made my experience smooth and easy. I def recommend this company if you are looking for great service, high quality clean products, and packaging.

I have not received my products yet but I’ll never order from here again. I placed an order on December 5th. Heard nothing for the next 2 weeks. I sent messages on the website, Facebook, instagram and called. I finally spoke with someone on Monday the 23rd to cancel my order and was told they would call me back. The order finally shipped that same day, I’m sure as an attempt to keep me from canceling. Very unfortunate that customer service is lacking.

Horrible customer service! No response ever. I’ve been waiting on the rest of my order that I placed July 2024. Part of my order(Espresso pencils) were a back order supposedly until October, never received it! Finally received my other 3 shades, but no espresso… November I receive a email after waiting for yet again that they wouldn’t be shipped until January….well here we are, it’s February & after many attempts to get ahold of anyone in customer service, I had to schedule a “product call” to actually speak to someone. She then tells me I wouldn’t be getting my order until April 2025! IM SORRY WHAT?! 8 months later?!?!?! I asked for a refund & she then tells me she has to request that, I ask her to call me back by the end of the day yesterday with yet again, NO RESPONSE!!!! I have receipts if anyone wants to see it! I’m frustrated as a Small Business!!! I’ve lost out on so much money!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
