I bought a box of just for men, to keep in stock. Got ready to use it and realized I picked the wrong color. I did not want a refund, just
to exchange the same product for a different color.
I asked the the owner/managers of the store could I make an exchange. I was asked if I had a receipt, I said no it was discarded. She stated she could not exchange the item without a receipt, It's store policy. Please note the box has not been opened and in a Bama Beauty Supply bag.
I went to my car to pull my credit card creceipt up to show proof of purchase. Once the receipt
was provided, it turned into a date of purchase, issue, which was three weeks ago.
She then informed me it would have to be THE SAME DAY!
Word of mouth still prevails..

One of the best hair stores in the Shoals. Very organized and they literally have EVERYTHING you need! Most importantly they have friendly employees who make your shopping experience even better. I would definitely recommend stopping by.

First day I visited this Beauty Supply store and I must say it’s by far the best one we have in the Shoals area. Truly have what you need plus more. Not sure if the lady and the man that was there are the owners but they were the sweetest. ?
