Tbh... the place looks really nice and clean, but I have one big issue.

When exiting the store, they have images of people that have stolen items out of the store. These images are posted on the baclside of the doors, I mean, you cannot miss it... not only is this distasteful, it is definitely a red flag.

Just curious here.Who are those pictures for?

I was treated respectfully, and fortunate not to have been followed during my shopping experiences. As mentioned in other reviews. * it may help because I carry a small cross body bag, and shop alone. IJS !!!!!! ?

I love the inventory and well stocked items featured in this store. I found out about Beauty 101 while unsuccessfully shopping at another local competive beauty supply store that had NOTHING that I was specifically looking for! The customers at that store, directed me to Beauty 101.

When first arriving, I was able to get a lot of friendly assistance with my purchase.
My only request is that management will turn on the AC during hot summer months. Upon every visit It has been untolerably hot, and uncomfortable to truly browse a browser worthy store.

This place is extremely racist!!!!! I came in there a few times by myself and had no problem… I come in with my nieces who are bigger than me but are not even teenagers and they assume we are stealing.. literally sent the only black girl that works in there to follow me around & when I mean follow, she was so close to me that bumped her when I turned around. There was another woman in there who stated the same thing and noticed how the Asian man and woman treated me. Extremely unprofessional and i just overall would not recommend. However they do sell more than most beauty supply stores but I’d rather go out of my way to find what I need than to shop in there.

this store is amazing!! has everything you need and the staff are very nice! i do see staff following customers around but only to see if they need help. all in all, great place and keep up the good work y'all! (posting this on the morning of my 22nd birthday is crazy but they deserve it 🩷)

The store is Beautiful. Very clean and organized. I was greeted at the door with a very friendly hello by the owners. There was stuff on the floor willing to help me with a complete knowledge of what I was looking for. Definitely will come back ,prices are great and gave me complimentary samples of new products.

This is my go to store for beauty supplies . I'm always greeted at the door when I walk in. This particular store's customer service is excellent and the store is always clean and organized. Soo is one of the associates that work there and she is very patient and kind no matter how indecisive you maybe (there's so many wigs and products). Keep being sweet and kind Soo , you unknowingly make people's day better and one day it will pay off big. Thank you .🖤🤍

Visited this place three times and never noticed until yesterday the amount of times I was followed by the owner. I asked him if there was a problem and he pretended to look stupidly confused. I do not nor will I ever support any businesses that treat groups of people like trash. Cameras are everywhere so whats the needs to follow me/customers around like we are going to steal. I quickly put my items back and left the store. Customers, PLEASE do NOT ever settle for supporting businesses like this where your treated like an animal.
