I have lived in 4 different states and have been getting Brazilian waxes for the past 10 years, so believe me when I say that Shannon is the best of the best! Not only does she give the most painless waxes, but she is also very thorough with plucking out the few stragglers afterwards and is the most customer-oriented provider I have ever seen. There was a 5 month gap between my first and second visit and I was shocked that she recalled so many details from our first session! Although I live in Chicago now, I still wait to visit California just to get my waxes done by her — she really is THAT good. Highly highly recommend!!

Let me just say that Shannon is amazing. I got my very first wax about a week ago and she made me feel very comfortable, at ease and she also informed me on what it is she would be doing how it affects my skin and after care which was a plus. My skin was so smooth, I did not suffer any irritation and the pain was moderate and fast! I already got my next one booked 😊. So if you haven’t booked her, don’t walk run! By far the best waxing experience I’ve had. Quick and very minimal pain. I love how Shannon accommodated to my needs. I am 9 months pregnant and ready to give birth any time now, and Shannon made my experience relaxing and stress free. She made sure I was comfortable at all times, such as reclining the table I was laying on so that I wouldn’t be laying on my back (which is very uncomfortable at 9 months pregnant). We had some good laughs together and overall I enjoyed my experience. This is my go-to spot for now on!

Great service and experience! Shannon was so sweet and thorough, making sure to go over everything with me before my wax. She even had a little goodie bag for Halloween at the end, so cute! Would definitely come back for other services

1st time visit for waxing services and absolutely love it. Shannon not only is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable,explains process and super knowledgeable. Shannon is the best esthetician ever. She understands your skin and gives you the right treatment. Whenever I go to see her, my skin glows for weeks and I always get great compliments. I wish she was closer to me so I can go more often. If you haven’t been to see Shannon, you should book right away! She’s phenomenal!
