I experienced this salon for the first time, and i am a sold customer!😊 The location is great and out of the way and easy to get to. The atmosphere of the salon is calming, relaxing and clean. They play nice jazz music in the background. My stylist Sumatra did her thing as usual. She's very gifted with her hands. The owner, Wyvonne, is professional and a sweetheart and so is the rest of the staff(Pam, Ashley, etc) stylist. They even have a braider as well.

What an amazing hair salon and venue! Wyvonne and her staff are absolutely incredible. The salon is so relaxing and such a vibe. I enjoyed my service from beginning to end and loved being taken care of with so much love and care. I’ve also seen how they have transform the salon numerous times into stunning events such as weddings, birthdays, and more. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I went here twice for a simple wash and blow dry and was seen by two separate stylists. Neither of them washed my hair properly and left dandruff in it. I do have mid back length type 4 hair but if you are a professional this shouldn’t be a real issue. I really like the salon it looked nice and the ppl were quite nice a courteous but I came there for a service and was very displeased with the results 2 times.

I was referred to Beauty by Nature Hair Studio by a friend. Based on the pictures and reviews I made my decision to book an appointment. I want to share my positive experience with someone looking to start or continue their hair journey. The boutique spa vibe will have you sleep under the dryer lol. The salon is well maintained and in a safe location. All of the stylists are genuinely friendly and professional. There’s always soft (non-offensive) music playing in the background. The entire staff works collectively to create the best experience possible for their clients. Complimentary snacks and beverages just adds to the amazing attention to detail and care of their clients.

Wyvonne is amazing!!! She is very attentive and has great communication skills. I value her judgment and respect her craft. I always leave her chair with an hairstyle that exceeds my expectations. Beauty By Nature is by far the best salon experience I’ve ever had.

Sumatra kindly agreed to style my hair while Wyvonne was scheduled to be out of town. Sumatra is an awesome stylist. I left her chair more than satisfied and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her if Wyvonne is on vacation.

This is by far the best Salon in the Bay. The workers are punctual and it’s always a positive experience when it’s to for me to get a retwist. Everyone in there treats you like family. It’s no surprise this studio won Best Hair salon in Richmond .

I walked in with no appointment and was lucky enough to get my hair cut by the owner of the salon, Wyvonne. I got an excellent haircut and Wyvonne is a lovely person. Highly recommend.

This salon is absolutely beautiful. The service and hospitality is more than 5 stars. Cleanliness, attention to detail, snacks and beverages are amazing. Monyé is the only person who does my hair in the Bay Area. Her styles are always neat, she never braids too tightly, she’s fast, and she truly cares about the health of your hair. I’d gate keep her but she’s just too good to be that selfish.

I gave them enough time. They just want to exploit and take advantage of you. they over charged me multiple times. Very pretty salon but take me for a fool I'm out
