It's your Mom's old beauty store - it's me, I'm the Mom, lol! Truly phenomenal!

Terrible experience. I am a faithful customer and have been coming here for years. Today my daughter and I were followed by Tiani and when I confronted her about it she tried to lie and say she wasn’t following me. She stood there by the wig caps pretending she was doing something when in reality she was just standing there watching me. Another employee Sandra tried to jump in and lie for her and say she was talking to her when she was nowhere around when this incident occurred. Tiani began raising her voice and yelling that I was lying and Sandra began raising her voice saying I was lying as well. Niracha jumped in and started raising her voice saying she was talking to her as well when she was behind the cash register. None of them were even by her but they all tried to take up for her. At that point I asked to speak to the manager and I was told he wasn’t available and that I couldn’t have his number. I then asked do you have cameras so it can be reviewed and my story could be confirmed to which niracha hesitated and said yes they do have cameras. I’ve never been more embarrassed in my life and disgusted with the behavior of the staff. They then started trying to close early at 4:45pm instead of the appropriate time of 5pm and not letting anymore customers in. This staff is extremely unprofessional and don’t care about the customers at all. They will gang up on you and don’t care that their staff was in the wrong. I will be back Monday to speak to the owner or manager Lance as this is completely out of line.

The store had a wide variety of products, a very attentive customer team, and prices were very reasonable. They had the color my wife was looking for to do a hair treatment on a friend. The only thing I could say that needed improvement was the lighting, as it was a little dim, so the color swatches needed to be lit up with our cell phones. Other than that, it was a great store we happened to come across after eating Korean BBQ a few stores down. Definitely recommend it.

They have some really beautiful wigs -long, short, colored, braided etc. I like that they allow you to try in wigs even the lace front. Limit is 5. The customer service is overall great. The girl know their stuff but they are not pushy. They lots of other hair products shampoos, gels, hair glue, relaxer etc. They have other stuff make up, lashes, nails etc. Its a one stop shop! I absolutely Love this spot

This use to be my store, I usually go here because it's closest to my job and I didn't really like the selection in the Fontana Beauty Supply, BoBos is good for specific things but this beauty supply had it all.

I just recently visited them and they informed me that AFTER 6PM they would no longer get you packaged with from the back. Meaning if you want to purchase a wig after 6pm, you get what's on the manikin's head.

Well, I get off work at 5:30-5:45 so, it's hard to have got in and chosen a wig by 6pm... So I'm a bit disappointed in them for that, so I took away a star from my original posting.

A large variety of items to fit your needs and prices are fair for the most part. You can also find good deals on items that have been marked down. The staff is pretty helpful and friendly. Best of all they are open on Sunday when most are not, so if I didn't have time to get what I needed on Saturday I can stop by after church.
