Good afternoon, I have more questions than feedback. I received everything on time, everything is good. The only dye CHI IONIC 50 - 6 N, I took in different stores in some stores it is dark brown, and in some it is just transparent. You have it also transparent, is it normal? How will the chocolate color turn out then ?! Thanks in advance

I received incorrect hair color products due to incorrect website information. However, Customer Service was immediately responsive and corrected my order within a week. For that, I give them 5 stars.

made a purchase on November 16th. the package arrived with a faulty LED light that doesn't turn on. asked them for a return label to send the product back on December 3, well within their supposed 30-day return period. have since been told to wait for them to reach out to manufacturer to see why/if the issue can be resolved. do not answer phones. I would not but from them again and would not recommend it to others as they are not honouring their obligations to their customers.

I love both the products and the customer service I received from Beauty Supply 123. I tried the Crazy Color which is great and I just can't find the Joico products near me anymore so it's worth the wait to have them shipped. When one item leaked in shipping they returned my email within seconds and had a replacement on the way within a half hour. Beauty Supply 123 great place to shop!

Super disappointing. Ordered/they sent the wrong color. Tried to return and reorder. Could never get a reply. It could have been so simple, no communication.

Absolutely amazing. I ordered here for the first time and got 3 day shipping and when I mean they got my package to me by the 3rd day. I mean I ordered on a Wednesday night and it got there on Saturday afternoon. The fastest shipping ever. I love the product I ordered and I’ll definitely be ordering again?
