It’s nice & cute place for açai bowls . I have chosen the ube dream bowl excluding banana . It’s tastes good expect the gooseberries tastes bitter may be too old ones . there are not much options for toppings . I am not they real sugar into base as it tastes so sweetened

I'm addicted to their incredible açaí bowls, specifically the California Bowl! It’s always fresh with a variety of fruits and granola.

The customer service is top-notch; the staff even knows me by name cuz I’m here that often…

After grabbing your bowl, head to the brewery for more food options and seating. Pro tip: get the restroom code from a vendor before going outside; they're on the south side of the building.

Nice place for a refreshing bowl of açaí. I loved the various options for bowls and the option to create your own and add unlimited toppings to the bowl. It was our first time trying superfoods/açaí and it was a great experience. The ingredients all seemed very healthy and of good quality.

There’s a bar & stool style seating inside, with additional seating outside throughout marketplace shopping center. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable of the ingredients, which was helpful because we didn’t know anything about açaí.

I used to love buying my açaí bowl at this place, but one of their employees, who introduced herself as Kymara, made me stop coming. I’m just tired of her rude and insulting comments, disrespect, arrogance, and poor treatment of customers. There are lots of açaí places around, and if this place, by hiring such employees does not care about losing customers, so it be!

BYO Acai Bowls

Berry Brand is a build your own Acai bowl concept in developing Ontario Ranch. There are three sizes to choose from and toppings are unlimited and you can mix and match bases. Unique to this place is a ube and coconut base called ube dream and coconut dream. Berry Brand has all the traditional toppings and more at no additional cost. I look forward to trying more combinations.

I enjoyed the flavors of Berry Brand. I ordered a 16 oz. with Acai and Ube dream base with matcha pudding and several of my favorite Acai toppings. They give you a good amount of base and I was definitely satisfied with my bowl.

Hands down the best smoothie bowl we've ever had!

I prefer Berry Brand, twice a week, we pre-order and drive into Ontario Ranch to pick up our amazing smoothie bowls.
I order the Acai base, with Strawberries, Coconut and Chocolate Chai with extra Coconut flakes on top😋
My daughter orders the Coconut Dream Base, which is a gorgeous color. She's never been a fan of smoothie bowls until she tried Berry Brand.
Berry Brand is always fresh, and always delicious!

I’ve never tried n açaí bowl before and it was my first time trying this! I was scared I wasn’t gonna like it bc of all of the toppings but it’s actually really good.

I had to lower my rating. When I first came to this location a while back during the soft opening, I was told everything was gluten free. I was so happy. I began to suspect as time went on I was being exposed to gluten somewhere due to symptoms worsening from my thyroid disease (gluten triggers autoimmune flare ups for me). I came to be told that two of three granolas had gluten which I ate. After some time passed I decided to give them another chance and order the gluten free granola option since the bowls are very good. After eating the bowls again, neck was hurting and started having weird flare up symptoms again. I just decided even though I was told everything was gluten free originally, I'm just going to ask again because something wasn't right. Sure enough now finding out most the ice cream bases have gluten. Disappointed I've made points to ask about gluten multiple times and the staff let me order those bases without telling me " oh hey these have gluten". Its a great bowl place if you don't have certain food restrictions so I still recommend them. I just personally can't trust going here anymore unfortunately due to them not knowing for sure what has gluten and what doesn't. Website has no allergen in info either.
