My daughter is a regular of Priya's and brought me in to get a new look. Priya did an amazing job on both of us! She was so patient and really listened to what I wanted, issues I've had with my hair, etc. I love the new cut and style and really appreciated the ideas for what to do next as it grows. The products she uses smell great and feel good in my hair. Convenient location and parking nearby was easy.

I came in today to get my hair done with Priya. She did an amazing job, she’s such a pleasant person, she was so professional and kind, offered me a drink too. She’s really gentle and perfect for anyone that doesn’t like their head tugged every which way 🤣 She is very skilled for her age and fun and easy to talk to as well. My hair looks incredible. I highly recommend trying a keratin treatment with Priya. Also, the establishment’s interior is to die for. Springtime Bliss! Check it out.

Priya was very kind and had excellent attention to detail! She is great to talk with and you will feel comfortable with her. The place she works out of is a great environment as well!

FYI specifically for her keratin treatments -
If you have thicker / Asian hair, it may not take very well with the product or techniques she uses. I followed the post-treatment instructions to a T but after the first wash, my hair was maybe a bit smoother but not noticeably different. I reached out to her but she wasn't particularly concerned / did not address my worries, so I'd probably would visit a different place if I were to do it again.

I recently visited Priya for a keratin treatment and haircut and loved it! I’ve gotten compliments from multiple people about how healthy my hair looks. I highly recommend making an appointment with her at BHD.

Priya was so thoughtful and detail oriented with everything she did with my hair. She took her time (but still ended on time) and checked in to make sure everything was to my standards. She also made sure I was comfortable the entire time - when she saw I brought my laptop, she immediately asked me if I needed the WiFi password. The studio was nice and quiet and even had snacks which was an added plus.

Caveat: I’ve never left a bad review for a hair salon before

This is my third time getting highlights with Priya. The first time was amazing, the second was ok, but this time was super disappointing. I thought it would be a similar price as my last service but it was ~$100 more expensive, and that was not communicated prior to the service. It’s really hard to cough up $100 more without notice so that was pretty frustrating.

Priya also pushes K18 (which is an additional fee) super hard stating that I would not get the color lift I want without it. It’s fine to push products but I’ve never had other stylists tell me I can’t get a certain highlight color without K18 before + I left with my hair feeling really dry and brittle and straw-like, and ultimately way worse than when I don’t opt for K18 with other salons.

I’ve spent years searching for a hairstylist that could produce what I wanted. My first time seeing Priya, she did exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond. She asked detailed questions to better understand what I wanted. Just from the few hours spent, it was clear she really cares about the job she’s doing and work she produces. Aside from the hair coloring, the hair washing process and scalp massages were an extra bonus. It was such a relief to feel comfortable with a hairstylist who took her time and even went as far as giving a thorough hair wash/scalp massage, as most stylists now rush it. My hair color came out just as I wanted in the picture I showed her! Highly recommend Priya!

Amazing dry haircut! Very detailed. I have thick+long hair and she made it much more manageable. Priya was awesome. I will definitely be back for another haircut and color in the future! Definitely recommend!
