You'll find Quality Luxury brands in this lovely iconic store. Excellent Customer Service is something they take pride in at this location in particular , which seems harder to find in certain brick and mortar retailers these days. They have great Exclusive items and a rewarding loyalist program. I love shopping here!

SUPER SERVICE ! On Saturday we headed over here to pick up a few things that my wife had on her Xmas list. After a fabulous lunch at 59th & Lex downstairs we headed up the escalator around 2.30pm to women's apparel so my wife could look around. A helpful sales associate named Stacey took my wife under her wing and found everything my wife wanted. THAT'S WHY WE SHOP AT BLOOMINGDALE'S !

Jacob at Acqua Di Parma was phenomenal. My mom and I were Christmas shopping and had a lovely time chatting and smelling everything. Jacob was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and shared so much information. I ordered online! All thanks to Jacob!

Love this store for my wife and daughters. They always have a great selection of cocktail dresses and the Sales ladies that work there are awesome. HOWEVER, the changing rooms are beyond disgusting. They smell like a combination of jungle rot and B.O. It literally made my wife and I sick to our stomachs while she was trying on clothes.. The nice Sales lady that helped us said that they’ve been complaining to management for months they’ve done nothing. This seriously needs attention!!

This is the worst store. The people at the Marc Jacob’s counter are the worst especially the Middles Eastern lady that just looked me up and down as if I shouldn’t be in that store. I wish these company hire people that don’t make you feel uncomfortable because you are not a certain race and assume that you can’t afford what they sell. I am a well off person but these situations make me very sad. I hope if other people encounter the same as I did that they would also post. Enjoy life and be kind to others. 😊

I just wanted to thank the ladies in shoes and the lady with the nice smile and hair in intimates for being helpful and kind at Bloomingdale's Fashion Island. I had to go to South Coast Plaza Bloomingdale's today; boy what a disappointment!
No one was helpful on their 2nd floor!
It's a prettier store for sure but the ladies at Fashion Island are much nicer and more helpful on their 2nd floor.
But both stores lack larger sizes.

NICE STORE ! My wife and I visited this store on Saturday expecting to find a bedding section. WRONG ! Unlike the Bloomingdale's store in Costa Mesa where we recently purchased a Kluft bed and linen this location does not sell bedding. One of the friendly staff gave us directions to find the Bloomingdale's Home Store not too far away. WORTH KNOWING !

Went to Fashion Island Bloomingdales to try several different Bond No 9 florals, fully intending to buy one. Alex was so kind and sweet, patiently helping me sample the ones I had researched and was interested in. Next to him a woman named Lisa was chatting happily with a customer she was friends with, as they were talking about what perfume her mom would love, planning to meet up the next day etc. After her friend left, Alex asked Lisa to take over and help me (she’s apparently a Bond expert?). She made it very clear she felt I was not worth her time of day. Short one word answers, bored out of her mind, no interest in me whatsoever, turned her back and walked away to throw trash as I was asking her a question. I hope her friends and family keep buying from her, because her treatment of “regular” customers is truly off-putting. Terrible reflection on Bloomingdales btw 🙄
All good tho… I have NO problem taking my $350+ elsewhere for my fragrance purchase.
