I came in a few days ago and was immediately helped by a team member (first name starts with a “M”) who tried to help as I gave vague answers to her good questions. I was just unsure myself on how best to describe what I wanted. She brought me to Abby (or Abbie) and oh my, Abby/Abbie is amazing! She knew the products so well and found what I was looking for, despite my description limitations. Abby is a GEM and I’ll definitely be back to work with her again! Great team, great service!

I had a friend who worked for this agency and did not like it at all. So I read the reviews before I went. I really wanted to try on some RMS products and was ready to have a bad experience. But I had a really really great experience. I was totally pampered in every way. There was a woman who helped prep my skin. She asked my name and remembered it throughout, detailing the nuances of the skincare product and was just a very kind and thoughtful person. And another person who helped me try on the exact make up I wanted. She spent as much time with me as I needed. She answered my questions and was just a very wonderful human being. She also took great care of other customers. The people who work there are mature adults and act like it. They are kind and unflappable, there was no pressure or hard selling. You can tell her they like each other and they like the products that they sell. I interacted with three staff people and I thought they all were really great. Based on this experience, I’m totally ready to go back. I’m sure if you go on a day when someone’s having a hard day, whether they be a customer or staff person, it won’t be the special experience that I had. But I do believe in the staff that are there and I look forward to doing business there.

First time visiting. As I walked in there was a staff member sitting as if she was waiting for the next customer to come in. I looked at her briefly and fully expected her to say hi and engage me. Instead she got up and walked away.

I looked around for about 5 to 10 minutes and no one ever tried to help me.

American retail companies need to do better about customer service if they want their bottom line to prosper.

I wandered in here about a year ago and had no idea what to expect. I was very impressed with the knowledge the staff had for such a wide array of products. They were able to match my skin color with a perfect foundation which has been challenging so far. I was particularly impressed with Emilie, she has helped me find a skincare routine that works for me and I’ve been purchasing many of their own Blue Mercury skincare line as a result. I am always given samples to try first and have enjoyed the excellent customer service that has continued during covid. I will continue to shop here and love the experience of a real person helping, especially during these tough times!

I stopped into this store several months ago on a whim and was so happy I did. The young man with the accent and the gal with the shaved head dedicated all their time to helping me find a product, out of the vast selection, for the spontaneous skin issues I was having. They also gave me a mini facial, sweet compliments and sent me home with samples. I left that store in a lovely mood. Thanks!

There were only 2 employees in the store today , a older women and a young lady in her 20’s. I asked the younger girl what options of sun screen they had she showed me the options and went back to helping a customer she was originally helping . The older women was helping a customer finish up a purchase at the register I found a sun screen I wanted to buy and literally stood in front of the register waiting my turn to be helped. The customer stood right next the older women she was helping behind the register ! Check your cameras. They were both facing me and I’m standing on in front of the both of them waiting next to be helped. Another customer comes to the side of the register passed me and instead of even acknowledging me or helping me 1st the older women proceeded to help the young girl. I have mixed feeling about this experience as I have other black coworkers who have been helped by your staff before , but I feel as though she was ignoring me because she thought I wasn’t going to buy anything, which is highly offensive. Once I saw that I was not going to be helped I placed the sun screen back and immediately walked out. My 1st and last experience inside of blue mercury. I wasted my lunch break just to be ignored and not helped!
