I have to say, in the beginning of my membership to this car wash, I had no complaints. But as time went on, that began to change. The reason I started going to this car wash was because it opened at 7 before my job started. But on about 4 occasions, when I pulled up at 7:45 the place was not open yet.

On a separate occasion, the car wash rolled me through without even cleaning my car. Which happens. No big deal.

But the most frustrating complaint that I have is that during my last time through their car wash, the covering of my side mirror was broken off by the wash. Mind you, I have a brand new vehicle. I immediately notified the workers who took down my information, took pictures and filled a report. I was told that I’d hear back from corporate in 2 weeks. Once the two weeks were up I contacted the company again who told me that the report was actually NEVER filed and that they would send it again. I was told to wait another 2 weeks. Which came and went with no communication from the company. After the end of those two weeks, I contacted the company YET AGAIN and gave my information again and asked for the owner of the establishment to contact me so I could speak directly to that individual to resolve this issue. After several days of not hearing back I called YET AGAIN…. Since I still haven’t received a call, I decided that this is all I have left to do. I am so disappointed in the way this has been handled. In my opinion, this is a poor example of problem resolution on the company’s part. I hate that it had to come to this.

I had really great experience today! Best customer service I’ve seen from a car wash. Izzy was super friendly and helped me a lot, I was gone buy the membership but i’m from out of town and this was my first time here. She took me new rags to use and always was coming to make sure I ain’t need anything! Will definitely be back, thank you again and keep doing a good job!

Love this car wash! It always leaves my car shining and the vacuums have really good suction as well. & I love that they have window cleaner and multi purpose cleaner with towels to clean the inside out! Also Jeremy was super helpful today, he offered to power wash my weather mats and I was so thankful for that because they needed it so bad! I’ve never had anyone do that before so that made my experience today even better! Highly recommend this car wash. I’ve had a monthly membership for awhile now & absolutely no complaints ?

Izzy has the best customer service . No matter how many times I have visited this wash before going to work or after school nobody has ever been as nice as Izzy has been today. She offered me the $5 wash monthly thing and explained it greatly for someone to understand. She has did an outstanding job !!

Incredible service. The attendant Jenna help me set up my membership and she was patient and friendly with me. Chris was also helpful when the car reader malfunctioned. Great vacuums and I love the rug beater!

Great car wash and I love the fact that it has an air pump so you can air up your tires. It also has towels and cleaning solution to use as well. Great workers Jay asked if we needed help with anything.
