Luciana was anything but professional in her facial massages with me. She once put me under a sheet that was wet from the previous client. She is on her phone while giving a one handed back massage. She cancelled on me three times with one being so last minute that I was already in the waiting room waiting for her. I personally feel she needs to be more present and more professional with her clients.

One star is far too much credit I am giving this boutique. I was very hesitant to book a facial through ClassPass already and this made me never want to book again. I arrived five minutes early for the appointment as instructed to the salon/boutique and when I arrived the nail technician told me the esthetician hadn’t arrived yet which already had me kind of concerned. I then waited 10 minutes after my appointment started and called the esthetician(Luciana) myself and she told me she left the salon/boutique 30 minutes ago and she had to cancel due to a family emergency and forgot to inform anyone in order to notify me. She then told me to cancel my booking on class pass which incurs a charge of $28.00 late fee. I asked the nail technician if she was in 30 minutes ago and she informed she hadn’t seen her which is even more frustrating making it seem as Luciana lied about the supposed “family emergency” just to have an excuse for not showing up. Book at your own risk and uncertainty because this lady does not know business and should not be a business owner. Listen to the previous reviews as I should have and save your money.

I was shocked to see such horrible reviews. I have been going to Luciana for over four years and have been treated with respect and care. Perhaps going to other review sites would put a different light on her. She has taught me so much about taking care of my facial skin and it is in such better shape now. Was just in her salon yesterday and as always it was a pleasant experience.

The first time I went I used a coupon. Luciana was nice and the facial was great. She talked me into buying a package for $500 for 5 Peels. What a mistake - once she has your money, you are not treated like a 1st class client. She will bounce your appointments around to fit others in. She canceled so many times on me. In April I was sick with cold-like symptoms so I canceled that morning. She counted it as a missed appointment, even though she herself cancels all the time. I should have taken some cold medicine and went anyway, but I was trying to be responsible and not spread my germs. The peels sometimes worked, sometimes didn't and one time completely burnt my face (these are not medical grade peels, so I should not have had all the burns). Also, you are supposed to get an add-on with each treatment - she said she couldn't because it was against covid policy, but yet, she could do a facial but not a hand treatment? I see some 4 & 5 star reviews, I bet they are family members or only went for 1 session - definitely not clients that bought packages.

A clean and welcoming Boutique. Luciana is very pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable! Her customer service is A1. She treats you like if you were family. She took care of all my skin care needs, and now I feel a lot more confident within myself. Totally worth the 30min drive to see her, and you even get better deals when you buy the package 😁

The facials here are very relaxing and have cleared my skin up more than other facials in the past. My skin has never felt so refreshed. The service from Luciana is great and she really works with you when trying to schedule a time that works best for you. Highly recommend! 🙂
