My kids love Charles Gracie jiu-jitsu mountain house. They are always excited to go and they love the coaches. The coaches are very good with the kids. They are learning very quickly and I notice a huge difference in their confidence. We hope to continue at the mountain house location for as long as possible.

My son has been attending classes and the transformation in his confidence and discipline is remarkable. Charles Gracie of Mountain house is the perfect place to get introduced to and fall in love with Jiu-Jitsu. The instruction is clear and well paced, ensuring a great workout and an increased understanding of the sport with every class. The instructors are welcoming and so are all the students. I had a great experience integrating into their adult classes and came away wanting to spend more time learning with them. My nephew attends the youth classes and has become more disciplined and focused, always excited about all he’s learned in the class. I joined Charles Gracie Mountain House in August of 2022. My original intent was to get myself in shape. When I realized they had several kids classes throughout the week as well I was very excited. I immediately signed my 4 year old son up for a trial. The coaches are next level with their attention to detail in instruction as well as their patience with the little ones. We signed my son up full time at the next class.

My son is now 5 and has a lot more confidence in himself. He communicates much more efficiently and is methodical in his decision making as well. I noticed a huge stride in his patience with himself. He understands that everything worth doing takes time and work. I think that is a huge character trait to have at such a young age.

As for myself, I'm 35 years old and I lost 30+ pounds within the first 6 weeks and have kept it off. I'm in the best shape of my life mentally and physically. Every class is a new challenge but every class you get a little bit better.

My son and I have really bonded in the last year during our Jiu Jitsu journey and we truly are thankful to be a part of this special core of individuals that we refer to as our Charles Gracie Mountain House family.

My daughter loves her teachers at Gracie Jiu Jitsu MH. Her confidence has skyrocketed the last few months and she is in much better shape physically. Her jiu-jitsu classes are the highlight of her week. As a parent, I love the attention to detail in every aspect at the studio. It is immaculate, the safety and cleanliness protocols are such that my child comes out cleaner than when she entered ! 🙂 I believe this experience empowers my daughter and it teachers her the value of working hard and being dedicated and persistent. Any awards she gets from the studio she truly earns and she knows that! The experience of seeing the rewards of hard work alone make it worth it for me.

I also bought lessons as a birthday gift for my husband and that gift was a success! He loves it.
