Dr. Cullum is wonderful, I love her! She is an intelligent, patient, and kind doctor. I have been going to her since she took over for Dr fish, about 10 years and love her! Definitely recommend especially for anyone with any reservations about contacts or going to the eye doc. She would be great with kids as she has kids of her own and is very patient and sweet. She doesn't talk down to patients like a lot of doctors do these days.
The receptionist Robin is very knowledgeable and helpful and been there at least 15 years. Also, there Is a huge selection of frames to choose from in her office! Highly recommend this doctor!

Stacy is amazing. My husband is a veteran who has epilepsy and has had a few people who were not patient with him when trying to figure out his glasses. Stacy takes her time and helps him get what he needs and makes sure he understands everything before he leaves...I won't go anywhere else.

Stacy, the optometrist, is amazing. She has been so helpful with teaching my husband to use contacts for the first time in his life. She is patient and has an excellent way of explaining things. She is very pleasant and I would recommend her.

However, her receptionist is extremely rude. After several unpleasant interactions with the receptionist we complained to Stacy who apologized on her behalf. Unfortunately, the next time my husband went in, the receptionist was ruder to him than ever! She made a mistake and overcharged us, which was an oversight and easily remedied. My husband called his insurance to clarify our benefits. Then, after we confirmed with the receptionist exactly what our next visit would cost, she later said that the amount we owed was significantly more than what either she had previously said AND what we confirmed with the insurance company. She accused my husband of "questioning everything she does" (which I find to be a bizarre and unprofessional statement for someone who works with the public to say). I am sorry to say that once my husband receives his contacts we will be going elsewhere.

this was in network for my insurance. But you end up paying more out of pocket here (bills keep coming after appointment ) and I needed some eye drops for a chronic issue that this provider diagnosed me with but was surprised when I was told that she could not give me a sample of eye drops (from her obvious stock of many, many bottles) because she needed them for someone else and it was very awkward moment. Weird experience but the lady that helps you with picking out glasses was very professional.

They took 3 months of waiting for my daughter's glasses, and they never finished the order, I had to go somewhere else. Her office acted as though I was second class because I had Medi-Cal, and weren't helpful AT ALL. I can't believe the bad service they provided. When I first called them to ask if they had toddler glasses covered by my insurance, they said yes, but when I went in they said they would have to order some, so I settled on a small frame that kind of fit. The lab broke them but even after calling every week it took 4 wks to find the mistake. They said it was getting fixed but 2 more months they still didn't have my daughter's glasses, and every time I called they said it wasn't their fault. I would NEVER go back or refer anyone to them.

We just called the office and re-scheduled and the woman who answers the phone is simply the most effective and friendly person EVER. I think her name is "Orelli" or similar. SHE IS REALLY GOOD.
