I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. DeCarlo for my eye care needs after being turned away by my previous practitioner’s staff. I cannot express enough how grateful and impressed I am with the level of care and attention I received. From start to finish, Dr. DeCarlo went above and beyond to ensure that my eye health and the treatment of my keratoconus was his top priority.
Upon arriving at the clinic, I was greeted warmly by the staff who made me feel instantly comfortable and have been so wonderful throughout the process of my follow up appointments. What stood out to me the most was the thoroughness of the eye examination and follow up exams when receiving my new scleral contacts. Dr. DeCarlo took the time to check and recheck each eye, making sure they were the sharpest I am able to see. His expertise was evident as he meticulously examined my eyes, leaving no stone unturned. He patiently answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had about keratoconus, providing me with a sense of confidence and trust in his abilities, as the condition in my eyes has been tricky to treat over the last few years and has often left me discouraged about the future of my vision until now. He didn't rush through any appointment but instead dedicated the necessary time to ensure a comprehensive assessment and teaching of how to use my new contacts. It was evident that he genuinely cared about my overall eye health and was dedicated to providing the best possible care. He and his staff have even gone through numerous lengths to accommodate the back and forth with my not so awesome insurance company. I cannot recommend Dr. DeCarlo and his staff enough. I had a great experience visiting Dr. DeCarlo for my eye appointment. He was punctual and thorough while examining my eyes. The ladies in the front were professional and friendly. Lorena helped me narrow down choices for my eye wear. The glasses came quickly and the prescription has made a great improvement to my eye sight on a daily basis. I will return.

I was looking for an eye doctor who could help my 91 year old grandmother who struggles with dementia. I called the office and the lady who answered the phone was amazing. She was very helpful and was able to schedule an appointment for the following day.

I brought my grandmother in and she was a bit overwhelmed. Dr. DeCarlo and the ladies were incredible and catered to her every need. Dr. DeCarlo worked with her and had the patience of a saint. Not only was he able to work with her, but he is clearly very talented, knows what he is doing, and has the correct equipment to get the job done.

We ordered the glasses and came back a few days later when they were in stock. My grandma is very pleased, and has commented several times that she can't remember ever seeing this well. 😉

We've found a new optometrist for not only her, but for our entire family. I will highly recommend him to anybody who asks!

Dr. DeCarlo is amazing. I have been wearing corrective lenses for years. Nothing compares to the experiences I have had with Dr. DeCarlo. He is extremely professionally and knowledgeable. He took all the time needed to answer all my questions and concerns. Explained everything to me that was going on through the entire visit. Now my vision is great.
No upselling when looking at frames or lenses - they gave me my space when going through this process. I had an insurance issue and his office handled it in a timely manner. They told me not to worry about anything and sure enough everything got handled.

They made sure that I had the right pair of frames that fit well and did not slip down due to my narrow bridge. I will definitely go back again! They have a great selection of frames.
