Rude, unprofessional, unknowledgable service today. I asked for a 30 inch piece of black pipe and the worker tried giving me a 3 inch piece. I told him 3 times 30 inches and he did not understand. I had a problem last week with the same worker, he got upset with me because I changed my mind about what screw I wanted to buy and he had to put the other screw back. It seems like there is all new workers in the store? New owners? I have been shopping at Dejays Ace for many years, I'm disappointed in the service I received today.

Great store! Great service always! The cashiers ,managers, and stockers are always ready to help and or answer any question about all the products the store has to offer! Great staff makes everyone come back ! Was there today 8-6-24 Thanks!

My experience with one of your suppliers. Last Friday I purchased a Korky Platinum kit to overhaul the guts of a toilet which worked great with the exception of a very minor leak on the underside of the tank. I phoned Korky’s representative who helped me pinpoint the problem. She was knowledgeable and very helpful.

Purchased a black stone grill in April and now just opened. The silver panel under the grill is hanging and screws are broke in half and none to replace. Called the store and nothing can be done since it was bought in April. I was told to call the blackstone company to replace which in my opinion it is a hassle to deal with. Store should ensure products sold are in good condition.

I just received terrible service from this location. I understand that they were getting ready to close but the guy (bald, short with glasses) who was assisting me was rude, extremely impatient, and talking to me Iike I was stupid. I could tell he's like this no matter what time of day it was. I would never spend my hard earn money at this location.
