Hope was nice so I feel bad writing this honest review. There is another review here that is almost EXACTLY what my experience was so I won't bash any further.
1) $100 standard manicure
2) the close up picture of my nails should tell you if that price was worth it
3) The first review I had here she was standing over my shoulder making sure I posted the bunny pictures

Beware this salon is trying to rebrand themselves or something. The name of the salon is Design Hair, Nails & Spa Oceanside. They have another Google page called Rainbow Beauty Spa Oceanside.

I left in tears. First off they start the pricing at $150. I told her no thank you. I wasn't aware of this. She proceeds to lower the price to $100 and ensure i will love my nails. For that price you'd think so. I tried to leave AGAIN NO NO Telling me it's not good luck to have first customer walk out. I should have listened to my gut and large photo of Jesus pointing out the door. I should have left!! Never again would i come here. Charging customers to pay the light bill. They have no workers because it cost more to pay them and they don’t receive enough clientele. As she’s doing my refill she doesn’t even remove all the polish of the previous set as she applies acrylic on top of shiny polish!! I question her and this woman who had her lips stained twice the size of her lips asked me if i ever got a fill before?! Child…The nails were crooked and she was about to apply gel polish when my nails looked like stepping stones. Hella crooked and uneven! Tore up my cuticles. And spotty polish. Trash 🗑️ i had to go to another nail salon right after because i didn’t have the mental fortitude to tell her that this was atrocious with Jesus standing behind her back. You needed that $100 more than me. It’s all good. Never the hell again! I hope they shut down because this is unprofessional standards. Definitely taught me a hard lesson and i will stand up for myself and trust my gut. I knew when she said prices start at $150 and she had this huge ring about her lips that someone was off. Guess I’m the clown though.

Of course the better photos are from another salon that fixed her work. They did not believe i got my nails done today and they looked like that. Like i let a child do them. Literally all the nail techs came over and had a looksie. Smh
