BEST skincare products! I love all Dr. Bailey's products and they were the only solution to awful hormonal breakouts during my pregnancy. They are really light, feel great on and are very effective. After meeting Dr. Bailey, and understanding her extreme concern and high 30+ years knowledge, I was impressed.
She is a thorough Doctor, and tells you what you need and should know about your skin.

Then, I tried the products and was quite excited. I purchased several different cremes and face boosters. I purchased them for my Mom as well.

During COVID, I have been more precise and focused on my skin care routines, because I have time, and I have noticed a considerable change
in my skin. Now over menopause, my skin is much dryer. Dr. Baileys products are minimizing my lines on my forehead
and giving my skin extended moisture and overall glow. I am so happy! People comment on my skin, and how I manage to look younger.

Products are affordable and made with smart ingredients. I trust her development and intelligence.
I travel around the world for my work, and I am a discerning shopper. I am always looking and reading labels.

I read the past reviews regarding service and shipping, and I have never experienced delays, or products being different than what
I expected. Shipments arrive so fast. Products are always beautiful. Online service is excellent.
Ordering from Amazon and some other companies, I sometimes feel that the product have been watered down somehow.
But not here. This is not amazon shopping, and for that reason, you can be sure that the products are exactly what they say.

I also love the other items that she sells, like hats, scalp massage brush, etc. Dr. Bailey has a sensitivity needed and intuitive knowledge for
what works for people. The hats are WONDERFUL! I bought three. My Mom and sister love them as well.

Buyer beware. What everyone should know is that the product is a white label and can be found a number of places, including California Skin Care Institute. You can find other distributors by googling the name of the product without Bailey's name.

Nonetheless I wanted to support a local business so went here anyway. Several of their products work well for me, so I decided to try their glycolic cleanser. However when I got home I realized what they gave me was not the cleanser I asked for. I tried it anyway, but it didn't work for me. Went back to exchange it and refill a couple other products but they refused to switch it out. So I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

And why wouldn’t I? If I'm going to be treated like a nameless faceless transaction, I might as well take the more convenient route and not go out of my way just to support this business. After all, why should I love someone who doesn't love me back? Disappointed.

Love Dr. Bailey Skin Care's products and their incredible integrity. You don't find businesses like this in today's world very often, and when you do, you stick with them. Great information on the site that explains how and why to use the products. My wife loves the "cleanse, correct, hydrate, protect" mantra, and we use her products daily for each step of the way. Different kinds of sunscreens for whether we'll be active outside and sweating, or not, cleansers for the morning and night, correcters for our seb derm and rosacea (now i know what those are thanks to Dr. Bailey Skin Care!), hydration stations for our crepey skin that are hypoallergenic and have pronounce-able ingredients, and of course finishing with the sunscreens. The serums, green tea, and zinc based ingredients have saved our butts. So grateful. Thank you for your integrity and hard work!

Both my husband and I made an appointment. Thought we were seeing Dr. Bailey but she was nowhere to be seen in the office on the 4 visits we made.

THE WORST PART: Both my husband and I declined lab tests for our procedures and this office decided to send BOTH biopsies to the lab without our consent. The lab then billed us for both procedures! $145 each! Despite calling the office several times (today was my 4th), no one seems capable, nor willing, to make this right. I left a message today for Michael Dunning, who I am told is the Office Manager but they've lost my business forever due to such poor customer service.

Treatment was up to par. Nurse was really caring but actual dermatologist had very little bedside manner. Performed her job as needed, though.

Thought I'd share my experience for what it's worth to others who are undecided about where to go. If you want great customer service, it's NOT HERE.

When my dad was only 45 he was diagnosed with Melanoma on his back. The ended up taking a big chuck of his tissue out...

SO now as good precaution, I see Dr. Bailey annually for a inspection. SHe is VERY complete and takes her time. Any questions I have she is glad to answer.

Now with her good advice I use sun screen more frequently.

Highly recommend her and her cool skin care products too.
