Nancy is the best. She is always friendly and cares very much for her customers. Her prices are reasonable. This week she altered two dresses for me for my daughter's wedding. They were perfect and seamless. You could not tell. I would have paid through-the-nose at Nordstrom. She altered my daughter's wedding gown. It was exquisite. In addition, my dry-cleaning is pressed and clean. If there are stains, I point them out to her. Sometimes the person who does the actual cleaning will tell her that the specific stain may not be completely removed,

Nancy lets me know and I decide if I want them to try to remove it without damaging the fabric. She is up-front and honest. A real treasure.

Love this spot! The proprietress is kind and efficient- the dry cleaning is reasonably priced and good, and she has done a variety of alterations for me that are timely and excellent! Support this great local biz!

Great service from Wa. She's the real deal. Customer Care is top notch. It could be a little crowded inside with all the dry cleaning, but thats to be expected in most tailor shops around. The fitment on my fiancés dress came out perfect and turn-around time was fast. I Highly recommend this place.

I’ve had a few great experiences here and one very bad one.

The good experiences: Clean clothes, good price, quick service, friendly.

The bad experience: clothes returned wrinkled and still dirty, a shirt was burnt and the shopkeeper denied responsibility.

I've been going here for years. Even though I live across town I still brig my dry cleaning. Nancy and her sons are so great. Very reasonable too!
