Buyer beware. Today I stop at this store, and was greeted by an employee. Immediately told her exactly what I looking for which is black to blonde ombré hair. She precedes to help me look for hair but provided me with one brand of hair. Since thats all she showed me, I thought thats all they had. Long story short, I learned that the employee was not knowledgeable about the brands provided in the store as I paid for a product that did not meet my needs. I tried to exchange the hair and found a better hair match to my original request but they do NOT provide refunds. I discussed with the employee that I thought I was owned a refund of the difference but was provided a business card with a credit written on back.

TLDR: unknowledgeable employee/store doesn’t provide refunds even if they help you find the wrong product.

Worst worst customer service from Karen aka the manager asked for my money back withen 10 minutes of buying my things but they refused because they couldn’t do it I get it I didn’t look at the sign but some store make a it happen just to make their customers happy the workers were so nice.

I bought a lace wig from here yesterday and lemme tell u im gonna fix it up and rock it real cute. This was my first time going here and i was impressed had alot of different products and nice selection of things.

I have been to this store numerous times and always buy at least 2 wigs everytime if not more. Never had an issue until tonight. Arrived about 10 minutes before closing. I already knew which wigs I wanted. I asked the store clerk if she could please get down a specific one that I wanted that was up on a shelf she's stated no I cannot because we are closing in 5 minutes. There was no other customers in the store and there was another sales clerk there they just stood there and say anything either when I went to check out I was using my Visa gift card and she told me that they do not accept that type of payments when I've used that type of payments there numerous amount of times I just feel that she was too worried about getting up out of there instead of making the store money which is why the store is there she had a major lack of customer service in my opinion she was just lazy I highly doubt I'll be taking my business back there anymore and if she was my employee she would no longer have a job

My experience at ebony beauty supply was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had in my life. When I was walking down each aisle to look for products there were two women who kept rotating and following me down each aisle. They act like they were the police rotating back-and-forth watching me the whole time .....it got so bad that it distracted me from shopping I just wanted to drop everything on the ground and leave. I was so disgusted!!!! not the place to shop or to buy anything. They don’t even deserve one star.

They're not the biggest hair (wigs) supply store but they're the nicest, most helpful ppl. They're product is very good and good price I recommend them highly. The ppl that work there are extremely helpful, whatever your need they'll help you with it. Check them out.
